A nice quiet lovely place to stay for a holiday.

The room is very cozy, very clean, the bathroom is quite spacious, with a cute little balcony. It was a pleasant stay ☺️ Free parking slot is right next to the building.

Location is a bit remoted from the beach and center of the town (15-20 min by walk).

calm place, very good for shorter stay

We have stayed for three nights in double room with balcony (without kitchen), on the second floor of the house. The room was quite easy, but perfectly clean and good equiped - there was everything you need. Kettle for hot water and basic dishes was nice surprise, we could prepare morning drink and some easy breakfast at the place. There was perfect wifi connection too. Matosevic house is in 20 mins walking distance from nearest beach and 25 min from city centre of Rovinj, which is unbelievably nice and charming old town full of perfect views, artistic shops and nice caffes and restaurants.

Great accommodation in Rovinj!

Great room and very friendly owner. The accommodation is a 15min walk away ftom the beautiful city center of Rovinj. We would definitely stay here again :)

The internet was a bit slow at times but that didn't bother us :)

The place was incredibly clean, bed was very comfortable and the room had everything that was needed.

Superb

Very nice and quiet location, 15 minutes on foot away from the old town and close to Punta Corrente. Impeccably clean room - ours didn't have a kitchen, but we had a fridge, a kettle, some cutlery and some cups and plates, which meant we could have coffee and breakfast in the room/on the balcony. There are stores (Konzum, Lidl, etc.) within walking distance. Very comfortable beds and great internet speed.

Dishwashing liquid was available, but no sponge. :)

Pleasant big apartment, will come again! :)

Very comfy bed, huge bathroom and an amazing balcony great for getting the first rays of sunshine in the morning. The apartment is big and clean and the host was very kind and friendly. The center of the city can be reached on foot easily. Free parking is a big plus! :)

If the price stays I would recommend.

This apartment is really good choice in question of price and what you get. Apartment was good equiped and clean. Balcony was a good plus. Parking is right in front of the building.

Can't recommend this place enough, definitely enhanced our experience in Rovinj

Honestly amazing, nothing bad to say. Very affordable for Rovinj, the place is a little bare-bones, there's no kitchen but a lil mini-fridge, but it was super clean and the bed was comfortable. The host was super friendly, and very accommodating when we had a late check-in and then our ferry was delayed until 12am. The host doesn't speak great English but again he's super friendly and makes it work. The host drove me to the airport for 50 euros, which seems a little expensive but then I looked at other rates of taxis and those were much more expensive. There is a shuttle bus for cheap but it only runs a few times a day. So it seems worth it for peace of mind on arriving at the airport in time. The Airbnb is a little far from the touristy downtown of Rovinj, but it was quite nice to walk through the suburban area and get more of a feel for the town. And there are some cute local restaurants and cafes in the area. Great in-between location for downtown and the beaches! And the balcony was amazing! Even though we were on the ground floor it was amazing to sit out on for our breakfast and dinner.

Perfect place for a nice stay in Rovinj

Many thanks for your warm welcome Silvano. We enjoy our stay in your room. Everything was perfect. We notably appreciated the fridge and the few equipments to have drinks on the balcony. Best value for money !

Good value

The host lives right next door and can help meeting your need. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. There are big supermarket and bike rental near by.

It takes about 20-25 mins walking to the closest beach (Cuvi beach) or city center. The sun shine directly on balcony so it's not comfortable to have morning coffee there. The bathtube doesn't have anti-spill and the bath curtain is short.

Worth to visit

Everything for perfect! Location is good- close to the Cuve beach, park and not fat away from city center,but no loud tourists. Cozy and comfortable room, fully equipped for living. Kind owner also made our vacation special!

Our first stay in Croatia and it was charming.

Great room with balcony on the garden side, very quiet and comfortable. Totally enough for 2, in the room there was an electric kettle, fridge, TV, AC, shades. Parking spot availible within 10 m from the door. Our host was very helpful, the room was super clean, great for a rest between swimming in the see and sightseeing around the old town. The Cuvi beach is around 15 minutes by foot from the apartment, alike the way to the old town where you can find 2 bakeries onroute. Supermarket is also not far away.
