Jederzeit wieder!!!

Wir hatten die grosse Wohnung im Erdgeschoss. Es war alles wunderbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool war auch toll.

Da gibt es nichts.

Warunki super .

Zarezerwowane studio posiada prywatne miejsce przy ogrodzie , gdzie można zjeść posiłek , wieczorem pobiesiadować, wysuszyć ręczniki . Obiekt dysponuje bezpłatnym parkingiem . Bardzo miły i pomocny Właściciel. Polecam obiekt.

Good

It's location we very good, close enough to the beach and to the city as well. We could park out car and store our bikes as well. The room was spacious and the air conditioner really helped a lot. We could use the kitchen as well. It was equipped good. The owner was nice and helpful. Overall for this price and the fact we booked only 10 days before we go, it was a good deal.

We experienced 2 bad things: -bathroom: it was super small, dirty shower tab, the water didn't go down, and it smelled bad -bad smell when we opened the windows: whenever we opened any window, it smelled bad outside in the garden (animal piss).

Pool area was nice. Apartment has good space. In balcony was nice to have breakfast. Hosts Pablo the dog was super sweet. There could easily sleep 10, but max was 9.

There were no washing machine for clothes but there was space for it.

A very enjoyable first visit to Istria in an ideal location for exploring the area

Well located within walking distance of town and excellent local beaches. Our apartment had two terraces with good WiFi and air con (which was hardly needed). Small pool was welcome facility and our host was very helpful and friendly. Private secure parking.

Hot water took a long time to come through but fine once we knew! A bit tricky to find address on arrival.

best place to stay in Rovinj

amazing place with clean pool , clean apartment, very spacious, 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms. very close to the beach (walking max 10 min) walking into the city center 15min just across the street you can rent bikes for only 10€ per day 4 min away you have the supermarket and a fresh fish store and a bakery, very affordable the host, Boris is very nice and helpful, he is also very discreet, you don’t feel that he is there :) I enjoyed this holiday a lot and o highly recommend staying at house Marcone

Needs a lot of improvement

picture of the pool attracted our attention as well as the location. it also has 2 bathrooms which is convenient when you are a group of friends.

the owner is very nice and welcomed us. however , the whole property needs some attention particularly the kitchen, the Internet which was not reliable or not working / these days we cannot deal without internet-. I did not read properly when I first read the details written in small as I assumed it had a dishwasher and a washing machine like any other rentals I used in the past. but i missed this part; cooking was like camping; changing plugs for boiling the kettle or using the toaster etc..Standard safety was not respected in the kitchen. The hood above the cooker was out of order; dining chairs and lounge chairs were so uncomfortable. Cooking utensils were so poor or inexistant in general. The mattresses were soiled, underneath the beds, the floor was just filthy; the towels provided were just too old. The good things: 2 bathrooms, parking space and very clean swimming pool and sun terraces, location.

I would definetly stay here again

Loved it! The host was so kind and helpfull, super service-minded. The neighbourhood was nice and quiet.

Friendly and helpful owner. All necessities covered. Spacious comfortable room, best night's sleep as is quiet and can block out light. Excellent property, would recommend.

Superb

Great location in quiet area, within 15 minutes walk between beach and city. Very close to nice Restaurant Maslina. Swimming pool was very nice. Studio room was very private, located on ground floor and had a nice shaded area to sit. Perfect for our dog with access to small grass area. I recommend a stroll to town trough the Beach by Lone Hotel were a nice promenade is leading to town. Supermarket located nearby. Very good price/quality ratio. Private parking onsite

Great location

The apartment was very clean and a good size. Pool was good to cool down and a nice area to relax. Good location between park and the town which is very beautiful.

Very pleasant stay, super hosts!!!

We stayed in the studio on the ground floor. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. Our kid got a box of toys to play with during the stay, which helped us a lot. As well, we were allowed to stay one more hour during checkout while waiting for taxi. Everything is very clean and tidy, enough house facilities, including in the kitchenette, well furnished. Swimming-playing stuff available by the pool. Good location, with supermarket and restaurant close nearby. It was nice as well to have an outside dining area, in the shadow.

We suffered from mosquitoes, so had to buy preventative stuff, as kid was bitten badly. And our bathroom was bit tiny, which was not a big deal though.

good option with great pool

We were staying in the studio on the ground floor (entrance side). The studio comfortably accommodates a family of 4, maybe the bathroom is a little small, and the apartment is dark, but it didn't disturb us. There is air conditioning. In the evenings you can comfortably sit outside. The pool is awesome: good size, very clean, allowed to freshen up on a hot day. It is safe to leave a car or bicycles in a locked yard. Close enough to the beautiful Old Town of Rovinj, which is within easy walking distance, even with children. Very good option with pool for a reasonable price. Good luck for hosts.
