Very clean, easy to train station and excellent value for money.

Bit noisy in the evenings with kids playing music late at night. Tricky to wash up pans etc as no draining facility, but dishwasher for plates was useful.

Great place, will return!

When I book a hotel, I always look at a reasonable price, proper cancellation conditions (until the day of arrival, penalty of no more than one night), and very good guest reviews. All of these criteria spoke for the AdaptApartments, and I have not regretted it: the hotel is situated off major streets, in a green area, with no noise. It offers spacious and fully equipped studios, even a balcony with a view over green grounds. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Colleagues commented that Adlershof is far away. For me, it wasn't. I had to work in Lichterfelde-Ost, Dahlem, and at Potsdam Square, all easily available by S45 an S46, only one change of trains. No tourists, always a seat. The free and excellent coffee 24/7 in House 1 is a special bonus, which I appreciated a lot.

This hotel is fantastic, and I would always wish to come back, though I might make sure that next time I arrive during the opening hours of reception (8am to 8pm) to avoid having much trouble and fear to even lose a booking. I announced early on that, due to business obligations, I would arrive at, or even after, midnight. I was told that I would get a code the day before, and there would be a 24 telephone line. The code never arrived. Luckily I had a working mobile and kept the phone number. In the end, I had to call from busy S-Bahn trains, and it did not seem as if this was a number in Berlin. I was connected to somebody else. I had to call again, when arriving, Luckily the owner of the complex was around and helped. He said that the hotel could not send the code, because I booked via Booking.com. Sorry, but this is unprofessional. Also, I had changed the booking from 2nd to 4h of July onwards, but it took half an hour to check out because somehow this change had not been registered in the system.

Good value for the price. I totally recommend.

Everything was fine. Quiet and clean neighbourhood. S-Bahn station is close. Kaufland if you need some groceries. Free parking was available.

There were some spiderwebs on the walls, would be great if someone could clean that up. Corridor doors (the ones next to the elevator) were pretty noisy. Luckily there were not many people (and I tried to close them as quietly as possible) but I can imagine it could cause some nuisances in the future.

Highly recommended, quiet, spacious and clean - top spot

Most staff very friendly and helpful - full marks to them Location great near shops and transport ... quiet area was appreciated.

A problem with the stove hotplates - couldn't use for a couple of days.

Very good location, close to tram and train. Many parking spaces close to the apartament. The flat is small but very well equipped and comfortable.

Decent property, but some rooms are not fit for habitation. Like ours

At least one person in the reception area was very engaged and really trying to be helpful - although in the end she couldn't help us at all. The rooms were spacious enough, though a little weirdly designed (huge walk-in closet and bathroom seemed a bit of a waste of space). Amenities were sufficient, the free coffee in the reception area a nice touch.

We staid in a room immediately facing the busiest street in the area, and it completely ruined our stay. As the place has no air-conditioning we had to open all windows (hot summer stay), and the noise (trucks, buses, high revving motorcycles) was unbearable. This was by far the noisiest hotel / apartment stay I personally have experienced in decades. Seriously, that bad. The place was fully booked, so they couldn't get us another room. Unless you're deaf, by all means stay away from the road-facing side of building 4. The rest of the apartments are probably better - but the whole complex doesn't seem to be built for a really quiet stay. Couldn't sleep the entire first night, and then had to buy heavy duty earplugs to get some semblance of rest. Not recommended!

relaxing

really nice location, quite quiet, just outside the main city, however was very easy to get to. It was a great room, super clean and ample size and really lovely staff. So good we extended our stay by 2 nights!

One issue of being pinickity would be that, although there was espresso machine, there were no pods, and it is hard to find the specific pods for them. However, in the lobby there is unlimited free coffee and so not too big an issue at all.

Superb!

Very clean and cozy. Despite being far from the center, the area is nice and clean as well. Could find anything we wanted in our apartment, and even more!

The only thing that made us a bit sad is that the water was over in the bottle of the lounge area by 23:00.

Very good apartment, I'll book it again for my next trip to Berlin.

The apartment is spacious, clean, and comfortable. It has autonomous heating which was very important at the end of September. I did enjoy the coffee and tea which was available at the lobby. The location is good, very close to S9 which goes to the airport and the main train station.

It would be nice to have a soap at the sink as well.

Nice place, clean, comfortable and quiet. Good location near suburban train station. To get to the city centre it is only 30 min. The service also was very helpful.

beautiful apartment with comfortable and spacious apartment.

The room was spacious and very clean with very good amenities. The bathroom was spacious and clean with a balcony and an oven!

There was a rude lady at the front desk however her colleague helped us and accommodated everything we needed.
