Nice vacation

Hotel was very well located with helpful and friendly staff, who could answer and give advice to any tourist questions you may have.

I found the bedding pillows to be a little to big for my liking. I was given small pillows when requested but still found then to be to large for my personal sleeping position. But I soon adapted

Die positiven Bewertungen stimmen !!

Wirklich gute Lage. Nettes Personal und große Zimmer. Umfangreiches Frühstück. Echt empfehlenswert auch wenn man im ersten Anblick vom Haus kurz nachdenken muss. Hotel ist in der vierten Etage mit separaten Fahrstuhl für Gäste . Keine Parkgebühren!!

A wonderful place to stay

Wonderful place. Although not in the city centre there were plenty of public transport options nearby... also shops and restaurants. Room was clean and huge. Breakfast buffet superb.

Comfortable and well located, just very expensive.

The property was close to the event we were attending

No complimentary water, 200ml bottled water for 2 Euro?? Not all water he staff were pleasant. Was very disappointed that the establishment would not shorten our booking by one day due to a delay in our travels. It was the most expensive two days of our whole 21 day trip.

Miniature Perfection

This is a very special, small jewel of a hotel. I was lucky enough to find a room available here on the very busy weekend of the German football cup final at a reasonable price. The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the Olympic Stadium in the pretty Westend district, and also within a few hundred meters of the U2 subway towards the center of Berlin. I‘d therefore recommend it for both (well-behaved) football fans and city tourists looking for a quieter base to stay. The special element is the staff, their pleasant manner, helpfulness and attention to the importance details of a hotel stay are perfect! By the way, don’t let the unusual hotel location on the 4th floor of a local government building put you off, this is a small, very professional hotel, with plenty of parking space available in the direct vicinity. A perfect stay!

Only that my team lost the cup final that weekend, guess I can’t blame the hotel for that ;-)

Very quiet, clean and comfortable place to stay. Breakfast is perfect.

With 140 euro per night (double room, single stay) bit overpriced and I can't understand why you only get one flat pillow and a one person blanket for such price.

Great place, very modern, little far out location wise.

breakfast was great. room is huge. very nice

If you plan on spending time in more popular area, just know that a train is nearby, but they are 30-50 min train and bus rides to more happening and popular areas like Alexanderplatz or Mitte or bars and nightclubs. location is quiet and safe. just further out, which at night can be annoying when you just want to get back quicker. Also pillows were kinda uncomfortable.

Short day stay for a meeting.

Inclusive Hotel with a social agenda. Friendly staff.

Had a queen bed for solo person but a twin blanket. Not a major issue but it would be nicer to have a larger blanket.

The outside look of the building is dreary but take the lift to floor 4 to this excellent hotel

The excellent breakfast in this 3-star hotel can compete with a 4-5 star hotel. Mr. N. at the reception was very experienced, helpful and friendly and I enjoyed the thoughtful conversations I had with him. AN INSIDER TIP.

Very good

The receptionist is very nice, she always tries to make your journey the best as possible. The rooms are modern and the superior room is very big.

No private parking, you have to park in front of the hotel in a public parking. The breakfast is very limited and it is the same day by day. Also the cleaning wasn't ok, I found the bathroom with blood on the toilet but the rest of the room was cleaned. Moreover a lot of problems with the shower making a lot of noise, they tried to fix in real time but at the end nothing changed.
