Som at sove på et beton gulv

Sengene var virkelig dårlige. Jeg fik et kæmpe hold i ryggen af de sten hårde Senge og det ødelagde resten af ferien.

Very good central hotel

The hotel has all the amenities and is very clean. Wide Mediterranean breakfast selection, friendly staff. In the city center, close to all the main sights.

Nothing specific about the hotel itself, apart from it being close to the main train station, which is a plus on the one hand, but the area is a little seedy, as is often the case with train-station areas elsewhere.

Schade eigentlich ein gutes Hotel, diesmal war es vor allem laut, keine Ruhe in der Nacht

Diei zentrale Lage, und bisher hatte ich auch immer sehr angenehme Aufenthalte, freundliches Empfangspersonal.

Man sollte kein Zimmer in der Nähe der Flurtüren oder des Fahrstuhls buchen, man hat keine Ruhe , nachts rücksichtslose Gäste, die die Türen zuknallen lassen, tagsüber Baulärm, früh morgens das Servicepersonal, das direkt vor der Tür sich abspricht und laut telefoniert. Im. Zimmer 109 können die Nachbarn über den Balkon ins Zimmer sehen, man selbst hat praktisch keine Aussicht

Für einen Kurztrip SUPER Hotel!

Lage: Mitten im Viertel St. Georg, aber trotzdem ruhige Nacht. Zimmer: klein, modern und hatte alles was man braucht. Frühstück: Weltklasse, selten sowas vielseitiges erlebt. Türkisch angehaucht mit Creme´s, Gemüse, Früchten, usw., aber auch alles für den deutschen Geschmack vorhanden - wirklich super! Preisleistung: Extrem TOP!

OK hotell på dålig plats

Det ser fräscht ut. Stor garderob. Kaffemaskin. Vattenkokare. Kylskåp. Diskbänk.

Läget. Det är 100 meter till en gata där människohandel pågår. Sängen är hård. Saknas lite bestick och tallrikar för att göra pentryt användbart. Rejält dammigt under sängen.

Tolles Hotel in guter Lauflänge zum Hauptbahnhof bei Nutzung der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel

Das Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe, war sehr sauber, Schallisolierung zur Straße sehr gut, die Betten sehr gut, Parken in der Tiefgarage sehr gut und bezahlbar. Überrascht hat das Frühstück. Es wird in Verbindung mit dem EG. Frühstückslokal gereicht im OG, ist türkisch, ungewöhnlich, mit sehr großer Auswahl, sehr schmackhaft und eine sehr nette freundliche Leiterin die einem betreut. Auch die Frühstückszeiten sind optimal man kann sich Zeit lassen bis in den späten Vormittag, super!

Im Zimmer die Schranklösung! Die Ablage - und Hängeflächen sind zu gering. Man könnte unter dem Tresorfach noch eine Kleiderstange einbauen. Im Bad könnte die Glaswand etwas breiter sein, wenn man ausgiebig duscht dann spritzt zu viel Wasser auf die Standfläche vor der Toilette. Frühstück, ein Kaffeeautomat mit Wahlmöglichkeit der Getränke wäre optimal für die deutschen Gäste auch speziell für die Hotelgäste. Ich weis, dass die türkischen Gäste und sonstigen ausländischen Gäste (Laufkundschaft) überwiegend Tee trinken

Bis auf die Betten war es ein super Hotel.

Das Personal an der Rezeption ( besonders die Männer) waren außergewöhnlich nett und versuchen alle Wünsche zu erfüllen.

Die Betten sind sehr hart.

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war angenehm, aber die Lage würde ich niemandem empfehlen.

Das Zimmer war nicht besonders geräumig, aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt recht komfortabel. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht im Hotel eingenommen.

Die Lage hat uns überhaupt nicht gefallen, da in diesem Stadteil lauter Zombies unterwegs waren.

Great modern hotel but research the surrounding area prior to booking

The hotel is very easy to find- less than a 5 minute walk from the main train station and has lots of bus stops nearby. The deco in the hotel was really nice- added a great pop of colour to the room and to the corridors as you passed through the hotel. The bathroom was a good size- nice big mirror and a hairdryer. The room itself was great- nice but of storage space and hangers. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room was good too. Bed- clean, soft linen. Two pillows each- very comfortable overall. Airconditioning worked great too.

Shower: when I was showering, the drain was blocked so the bathroom became flooded quite quickly and without my noticing. I went to the reception to explain and asked for them to take a look as the drain might need to be cleaned. Although the shower was cleaned, we kept having this overflowing problem. We ended up taking the drain apart ourselves when showering and then putting it back when finished to avoid more floods in the bathroom. Area: Although the hotel is great, the location is most definitely not. Thankfully I stayed here with my partner who is a man so I felt somewhat safe walking to and from the hotel. Once or twice we ventured up the Hansaplatz street (the street Google maps will lead you to the hotel) and as a female I felt extremely nervous and uncomfortable due to the large groups of migrant men openly engaging in drug use. There are back ways to get to the hotel so we always took the longer route. For this reason, I would not recommend people with children to stay. Again, I cannot stress how frustrating this must be for the business owners in this area trying to make things work and appreciate that this is not the hotels fault. But as a female tourist I would not return to stay in this particular hotel, even though I had a lovely stay.

Happy Stay!

It was really good experience. Location was perfect, you can walk to many places easily. Room was clean, modern, new with comfortable bed. Staff were really nice and polite, especially Mr. Dirk. He was incredibly nice and very helpful! Thanks again!

Great place but description of room sizes a little misleading.

Really comfortable beds and very clean. Lovely walk in shower. Secure underground parking for motorbike. Excellent Turkish restaurant next door. Coffee machine, fridge and safe in room.

20 euros per night to park a motorbike was a bit expensive but at least we knew it was safe. We stayed here twice on a trip to and from Sweden. The first time we'd booked a medium sized room but it seemed rather small and didn't have space for chairs, unlike the photos! We raised this with the management and they gave us a free breakfast. On our return stay we booked a small room as it was just one night, and this time it seemed larger than our previous room - and had 2 chairs!! Bizarre, but we'd stay here again as it was otherwise great.

Good location close to town but a bit of a rough area.

The room was of a good size, and clean. The staff were friendly.

Use of a room card to enter the hotel wasn't explained until we had already struggled to re-enter the hotel. The location is close to the station but was a little dodgy and dubious, with lots of groups of idle people standing/sitting around on the streets for much of the day and night which was very intimidating.

Apart from minor inconveniences, the overall accommodation was pleasant.

The staff was kind and responsive. There was mini fridge, electric kettle and coffe machine in the room. Bed was comfortable. There was wide selection of various foods for breakfast. There were enough options also for vegans and vegetarians.

Room seemed a little bit small. Bathroom door was ~30 cm from the bed, but it was not a big inconvenience. Blanket could have been larger. Breakfast started only at 8 o'clock. As we had meetings planned at 9 o'clock, we had to hurry to finish breakfast

Hamburg HBF Hotel

We stayed in a medium-sized room, modern and clean. Double pane windows kept the street noise out and the bed was very comfortable. Free water and drinks were nice. Seems expensive though, as breakfast wasn't included.

Rough neighborhood, wouldn't want to walk to the hotel after dark.

Superb

The hotel staff were friendly, check in and out was easy, free sodas available at reception. Coffee machine, Sky available in the room, so we were able to watch the Premier league. The Breakfast was superb, I loved it. Turkish arrangement, from salads, dips, fantastic bread. There was still enough available fo the standard German Breakfast.

A coffee machine for breakfast would be preferable. The location would not be for everyone, it is a quick walk go the main station, bus stop and underground. Although it's a 20min plus walk to the attractions of Hamburg if you don't use public transport.

Excellent accommodation and super polite staff

The hotel is well located and only a few minutes walk from the central station. The room has everything you need as well as a coffee machine and a minibar. The staff is very polite and always willing to help and give you tips about the area.

The neighborhood is a bit dirty.

Superb

One night stay was quite satisfying. Ok location. Maybe neighborhood is not the best you can find in Hamburg but its not problematic. Stuff was helpful and polite. Room(looking in courtyard) was clean, warm, quite, and well equipped(AC unit, fridge, coffee machine, tv..) bathroom spacey and comfortable enough. Bed and pillows comfy...I would choose this accommodation again
