House was very nice. Big living room with knotty pine walls and mostly comfortable furniture. Nice kitchen. with all the kitchenware needed, including a giant refrigerator. Comfortable king sized bed. Really enjoyed the house and highly recommend it.

Very easy in & out of town, pleasant walk to the south side of the beach. If you need to be in Seaside, but want to stay out of the hub-bub, this is it. Great place for couples to share. Good working appliances, inside looks like the pictures shown. Owner is very responsive.

We had an incredible week at this Seaside Beach house! The layout was perfect for the 4 of us and our pup! The location is close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and across the street from the golf course. The kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable, really appreciated the fenced yard for our pup and everything was very clean! Thank you so very much for a grest vacation spot! We will be back!

This is a nice little place for a stay at the beach. The kitchen is well stocked, there are games, books and stuff for kids. It's a little dated and the outside areas were disappointing, but the house was clean and everything worked. It is located 2 ½ blocks from the ocean and at the very south end of the boardwalk. 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk to downtown.

We really enjoyed our week long stay at this rental. It met the needs of our family perfectly and the location was fantastic. It was a short walk to the beach and to the Seaside market (in case you need more milk ;). The master bedroom bed was also incredibly comfortable and I had the best night sleep while visiting!!

I have been coming to seaside since I was a child but had never stayed on this side. I loved it!! What a beautiful area and the home was sooo cute. We loved the front porch and it was just great all around! We will be back!

This is our 2nd time staying at this cute house for our annual getaway to Seaside and once again we had a great time. It’s well kept, has what you need for a vacation, and is close to many amenities as well as the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and people are very friendly. Our daughter & her partner stayed one night and enjoyed walking the prom & Broadway. We’ll be back again next year.😁 Side note-warm weather brought out the ants in the guest bathroom & dining room (as they’ve been in our home too). I bought ant spray & lightly sprayed the baseboards of those two areas, didn’t spray outside. Just wanted you to know. I also left the ant spray in the laundry room.

This was about our 3rd or 4th stay at this house. Still appreciate the fenced yard, easy access to beaches and food, and cozy living room to relax in when the weather is nasty!

This home is lovely. Very comfortable with all the necessary amenities. Clearly a home that is used by the owner’s family. What a good location too. Directly across from the golf course and close enough to walk to the promenade. Far enough from all the crowds in the high season, but still convenient to enjoy all the activities. We would book again. I personally liked the family’s homage to their father and childhood. Also, perfect for a small dog with a wonderful fenced yard and easy access.

I think this was our 4th time staying here & we just love it! New carpet has been installed since we were there last year & it looks wonderful! There was a little hiccup before we got there, but Jackie called to let me know, it ended up being taken care of before we got there. Hoping to stay again this year

We love this house and have stayed twice so far for Christmas time. It is just big enough and comfortable for us and it allows our dog to be with us. Close to the waterfront and every nice neighbors. Thank you again for a lovely Holiday stay we will see about next year soon. Happy New Year!

There’s a door separating the main bathroom from the common living area. This was nice for two couples to share the home. Each couple has a private bedroom and private bathroom access.

This is the second time we have stayed here. It's such a cute and very clean home very close to the beach and promenade. There's a fenced in yard for your dog. The kitchen is well-equipped. My only two complaints are, the master bed has a topper of some sort that makes the bed very soft. Also, the shower head in the second bathroom needs to be updated. Other than that, I absolutely recommend staying here while visiting Seaside!

I stayed 31 days and it still wasn’t long enough. Loved the neighborhood and joining the neighborhood dog walk on the beach. What a perfect way for me to start 2023!!!

First of all I must say if this rating was solely based on the cleanliness of the house it would get 5 stars. And we loved how warm the fireplace kept it. However that being said the rest was not good. It took us nearly 20 minutes to get into the house. It was dark and the porch light was not on. The lockbox is up on the back porch and in the dark we had to use our phones to see. We got the keys out but the screen door would not unlock. We tried it several times and it wouldn’t turn all the way. So we thought maybe we need to try the front door. No luck there and by this time we are drenched. It was pouring rain and very windy. I tried to call the VRBO service center and no one answered. The message said try contacting them online. Okay, we are trying to stay out of the rain and wind and we are outside. This is impractical. We decided to keep trying the key hoping it wouldn’t break. Eventually we managed to get the key to turn and unlock. The door lock was not as bad but these locks desperately need replacing. They are so old and if you don’t jiggle the door just right they don’t work. Finally we are in. First thing we are hit by the stinky odor of a very old house. I hate that smell but eventually you stop noticing it so much. The next part is really not the fault of the owner because weather is weather. It was not a peaceful couple of nights. We experienced the worst windstorm I have ever been through. For 2 days and nights the wind howled and whistled through the front door. It was awful. And the rain came at the house so hard the front window was dripping on the inside. Where this house sits is a very busy Main Street corner with no wind protection. It sounded and felt as if the whole place was going to be torn apart. If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay this is not it. The road noise is terrible and the neighbors were yelling and laughing outside into the early morning hours (like 2-3 am). Don’t know if they live there or if they were renting but they were not nice considerate neighbors. And as far as being updated…I can say only what HAD to be done has been updated. And quite a long time ago I think. Furniture is very old and uncomfortable, carpet is coming apart at seams in several places, bathroom shower heads are terrible and the bathrooms are so small you need to step outside to change your mind. And far from updated. There’s not enough space here to give my entire review but I never leave bad reviews. This is the first

We spent New Year’s eve weekend here with the 4 of us. The property served our needs well, had comfortable seating and ample space for both couples. The layout was nice with the bedrooms on opposite sides of the house for privacy. We had plenty of room to play board games and spread out and not feel crowded. To note, they could use some updated kitchen fry pans that are not carcinogenic great stay

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here. Location is ideal, fenced yard is wonderful, kitchen is fully stocked, washer/dryer are new, size is actually to large for me, but the price is right! It could use a little updating, but wouldn’t stop me from staying again!
