Great location, lovely apartment.

Immaculately clean, very nice breakfast and very friendly staff. Great location, close to the train station, plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby as well as the beautiful basilica and Dante's tomb, a stones throw away.

Great location, where's the sofa?

Large, comfortable bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely terrace outside overlooking the rooftops. Breakfast was included and plenty to get us going in the morning. Very central location, close to all the sights and lots of eating and drinking places.

The shower was in the bath so you had to climb in. Also it had jets of water pointing at your body which was annoying, and it leaked making the floor very slippery. The advert said it had two living rooms but I would say it didn't have any! There was a good kitchen but there were no sofas or places to relax except for in the bedrooms.

Struttura in posizione centralissima e ben organizzata, a due passi dalla tomba di Dante.

Posizione eccellente in pieno centro storico, camera pulita e struttura ben organizzata per accessi autonomi, con personale molto gentile e disponibile. Bisogna pagare un piccolo extra per poter lasciare l'auto negli spazi pubblici e accedere alla zona ztl, ma la soluzione è davvero comoda con un più che buono rapporto qualità/prezzo. Nota a margine, il ristorante Marchesini collegato, oltre a effettuare uno sconto per i visitatori, è davvero ottimo per la qualità dei piatti serviti

Chambre petite, propre, très bien située en centre ville.

Il ne s'agit pas d'un appartement. Seule une cafetière électrique et quelques tasses étaient à notre disposition. Petit déjeuner au bar au coin de la rue.

The apartment is spacious. Everything is huge. breakfast is downside, and very great.

There's no air conditioner in the bedroom, so it would be hot if the weather is hot.

Great stay in Ravenna! Our hotel was exactly what we needed.

Location was great. Restaurant next door was very good. Breakfast service was also amazing. We would stay there again.

Great apartment in a lovely part of Italy

We really enjoyed our 2 nights in Ravenna. The town is lovely and the apartment was perfect. Very spacious and close to all the lovely restaurants and bars. Stephanie was so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Ideal choice for staying in Ravenna

The location of the hotel is perfect, just 5 minutes from the central square. The size of the room was really large, with a separate bedroom and a living room / kitchen. Bed were comfortable. The staff was very friendly. They let us in the room before the checkin time. The price to quality ratio was great.

Only the view of the balcony could have been better.

Overall a good experience

Appreciated the quick response to our questions from a number of staff. Also ability to do our laundry was great. Reasonably good breakfast. Convenient walking distance to a number of sites. Getting a resident's parking pass was important, and a big plus. Overall a good experience.

Our section of the building needs refreshing. Lights were too dim to comfortably read. Being on a main street with single pane windows meant that we heard sounds from the street at night. Although Ravenna is a safe city, I was concerned about doors to the street being left unlocked so anyone could walk in. We found getting to the apartment by car to be very difficult - downtown Ravennna is a maze of one way streets. Of course this is not a reflection on the hotel ... but we spent about an hour trying to drop our bags off at the door.

We were sorry only that we could not stay longer in Ravenna and in the Hotel Marchesini.

The cleanliness of the apartments was gretly apreciated. Its location, so close to the old city with its shopping, restaurants and bars as well as the UNESCO sites. Breakfast was excellent and free parking within the LTZ was appreciated.

Wonderful location. Very clean and terrific breakfast.

Excellent location with a wonderful restaurant underneath run by the same family. A terrific breakfast was also served here. Very friendly staff and the restaurant food and service were excellent. Unpretentious, friendly and efficient with reasonable prices. The accommodation was very clean with a balcony to enjoy the outdoors. Very good bathroom and the lift was a bonus! Sufficient room for two couples.

There was no condiments which was a bit surprising for an apartment with kitchen. Thought there might have been some salt/oil etc.

A very nice apartment, you can enter the pedestrian zone by car and park nearby.

Italian breakfast in the restaurant on the ground floor.

Perfect stay for a visit to Ravenna

Nice and spacious apartment close to the city centre and a bus stop nearby. There is a shop under the apartment where we bought our daily bottles of water and the in the attached restaurant we had a good lunch on our day of arrival. if you prefer a good pancake or yoghurt/fruit breakfast we recommend “Sedice” in Via Antica Zecca.

Bed in the master bedroom was quite hard.

Very nice apartment

Very large apartment, huge and comfortable beds, calm and very well located. Breakfast included, taken at the bar on the ground floor. Parking was cheap and we were lucky to always find a spot on the plaza not far from the apartment (250m)

The lights in the living room were not strong enough to read comfortably, the room is missing a reading light
