Da sconsigliare a tutti..!! Dovrei essere rimborsato.

Nulla…!!

Una fregatura..!! Il rubinetto del lavandino del bagno guasto. Per 5 giorni senz’acqua nel lavandino.. assurdo..! Da denuncia. Senza tendine ai vetri e senza tapparelle. Impossibile dormire…! Alle prime luci dell’alba luce in camera. Televisione guasta..!! Ho fatto numerose telefonate per segnalare tutto quanto, ma nessuno si è degnato di risolvere qualcosa. Una struttura seria provvederebbe al rimborso del costo del soggiorno..!!

Great location

Since we stayed at the property just to have a rest and sleep at night, it was all great, all needed facilities were here. But if you want to spend more time at the property it is too small and balcony is not very cozy:)

Exceptional

Location is exceptional, it is in the center of Como and you have literally everything within 3-5min of walking. The room was very clean with all of the stuff mentioned in description to the room. And I really liked that the registration is online it's so comfortable. I stayed with a friend and we really enjoyed our stay here.

A quirky property right in the middle of Como but also tucked away from the main crowds.

Location was amazing. So central. Small but v lovely view of Al Duomo.

It was more cramped than expected from the photos but didn’t feel short changed.

Inadequate quality for the price

Excellent location, at the main square with Duomo, 5 mins by walk to the lake, 10-15 – to the train station. It's possible to leave luggage after check out in the corridor. Big smart TV. Despite it's located at the central square, the sound from it didn't reach the room. Bathroom is spacious. Overall, clean room despite empty bottle in the safe.

A bit slow response in booking.com chat (8-12 hours), but they provide phone number and answer to call, but if you guest come from abroad, you not always can call in other country. The online check-in is to be made using online form, where they promise you should find on check in day the instructions, it didn't work for us, but a bit later owner provided instructions separately. Mold in the shower. Fridge didn't work at all, the temperature inside it was the same as in the room. The hair dryer stopped blowing hot air a minute after it was turned on, and began to emit a burning smell. It's obviously broken. No window in the room, just small one in bathroom. All of these could be more or less accepted by us with understanding if not the price of apartment - for 150 euros per night you will get simple room (number 4) with shower cabin with mold, with broken fridge and hair dryer. It is inadequate, and shouldn't happen...

Great location, great little accommodation.

The location. close to the train station and various attractions. few mins walk to boats in and out of Como.

The location was great, coffee was provided and the instructions for check in were quite clear

The apartment has a very small balcony with a view of the back of another building. The room was very small and the bed quite uncomfortable. The rooms were not at all soundproof and we could hear our neighbour coughing consistently. Our neighbour was smoking often and the whole apartment smelt of smoke.

location was right on plaza del Duomo

not convenient if you come by car as you can’t drive to accommodation to unload luggage we travelled with our two adult children and had apartment number two the bathroom was a joke as it is in between the kitchen/ lounge where the sofa bed is and the bedroom it only has one sliding door On the other side a ROLLER Blind !! so not much privacy in bathroom- the sink was also not in bathroom. the Ac only worked in kitchen not in bedroom….. ceiling fans are there as well but not working properly the switch itself needs an update Electric wires hanging from ceiling to fan kitchen was really only a sink a fridge with no freezer and an electric plate that you would normally use for camping no kitchen towel to even dry the dishes no soap either bring everything second floor no lift so not recommended for people that have problems climbing stairs old house in which they have made a few units to rent out to tourists

We were disappointed as all photos showed a small kitchen and the apartment we picked didn't have one, so make sure you read the description.

My room (a double room) looked nothing like the photos and there was something like a church in front of the hotel so we could hear the bell every single hour which was a bit annoying.

Charming and in the centre of Como

The location was perfect, right in the heart of Como. Our host communicated all info to us clearly and we had no issues with anything. We were in the small apartment no.1, but it was ok for us as a couple who know each other well. It had everything we needed and we were quite impressed with how well thought out and equiped the apartment was for the space it had. Apartment no.1 faces away from the square and is therefore quiet. We would stay here again :-)

We have no complaints regarding Al Duomo Guesthouse, only a general comment regarding parking. To park overnight in a covered parking garage is not cheap.
