Comfortable, and Full of Light!

Proximity to Cagliari old city is amazing: shops, cafes, restaurants, public transport. Friendly and accommodating property owner. Scrupulously clean apartment. Excellent wi-fi, adequate water pressure, comfortable mattress, good linens.

The shower is the size of a small phone booth. But, this is somewhat common in Europe, especially in larger cities.

Andrea is a great host who really takes a big care of the guests.

Hospitality of Andrea - shuttle from the airport and check-in at 1 am! Great place close to everything you want to see in Cagliari and a very well equipped one.

It's a downtown, that is amazing but can also have its downsides. If you are an early riser or your kids go to sleep early, you have to consider it.

Rich and fantastic experience with easy efforts. Fabulous!

Great location, in the centre of the historical centre. Walking distance to all the attractions and great restaurants and bars. Spacious and tasteful apartment with very comfortable beds and equipped kitchen. The terrace is facing a nice and quiet community church therefore very pleasant view. Wash machine is very well functioned which is important for our 1 week stay in Cagliari. The host Andrea is very kind and helpful. He provided us with good tips for local restaurants and attractions to visit. Also, Cagliari is so charming with its authentic yet dynamic vibe. I am so happy that I decided to stay Cagliari for a week instead of Alghero. I have visited Alghero as well, also beautiful but far less rich experience as I got in Cagliari.

Lovely place

Very nice and cozy place. Andre (the owner) is very helpful and flexible. The apartment is located in the heart of Cagliari. Restaurants, bars, pubs, everything is within walking distance. The apartment is big enough for two or even three people. The kitchen is well equipped and also the washing machine was a great help for us after a week of hiking in Sardinia. Two minutes from the apartment there is a nice cafeteria that is perfect for breakfast and serves delicious coffee.

We had a really great stay in Cagliari, when we arrived the host was very welcoming and kind. The apartment was really clean and had all the essentials. The view on a old Italian church was very nice. The supermarket and nice bars were really nearby and everything in the city is on walking distance. Thanks for your great care!

Andrea is an amazing host, he was very helpful during our stay, even for booking restaurants for us when we needed. He prepared a very detailed description of the flat and the city, and left some recommendations for food and sightseeing. The flat is just like what you see on the photos, very colourful and nicely decorated, and it actually felt a bit bigger in person. Kitchen is fully equipped, you can easily cook for yourself and facilities (including AC, washing machine, iron and ironing table, beach umbrella and all the others) are very convenient. The house, bedsheets and towels; everything was clean. Soap and toilet paper are provided. The location is perfect, very central and there are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops around.

The sofa bed in the living room is not very comfortable, especially if you're planning to stay for a long time. It's also quite loud on Friday and Saturday nights in the living room due to crowds drinking just in front.

Great location near St Anne's Church! Very nice, well-equipped apartments with a beautiful interior. A very hospitable host who is always ready to help with any questions. We'll be happy to return to this appartment!

May be noisy in the evenings, but this is the center of the city. :) This did not cause us any particular inconvenience.

I would like to thank Andrea for a nice stay in his Apartment, which is very cosy, bright and clean. The location of apartment is excellent, everything is near, train station, bus station to Poetto beach, and to supermarket is just 200 meters. The apartment is in the city center and all main sights available by walking. Andrea was very helpful, and explained all needed information. Many thanks to you, Andrea!
