It was a good stay with family. I fully enjoyed staying in that property.
The breakfast area is little bit less spacious & coordination amongst stuff during breakfast should be more smooth.
2.5
The staff was good , location was also nice đź‘Ť
The room was in G block , as per the service staff they upgraded us but with that upgraded room I dont think so the size was available.. it was the tiniest room I have ever seen with the amount of money they charge .. also the the was an interconnected with other room.. that means there was no privacy at all . I request for a room change but as expected they didn't even bother to address it. I am highly disappointed with the stay if your block is not ready just dont give it to your guest who trusted you with there vacation

Breakfast was very good
Welcome at the hotel was very warming
View from the room was also nice
There was problem of hot water in the room and we had to call the room service everytime
But i think it was because it was rainy season and the solar panels could not find enough sun

Location is not good ..and room is bit smaller.

Not flexible and very rude when it came to having a guest with us even for a little while

Nothing
Horrible staff, pathetic management
Extremely slow check in process,. Never staying in any Radisson property again
4.5
The rooms were very clean. The staff is very polite and co-operative. They served a beer, some juice and cookies as welcome drink which was great. The staff was seen cleaning and keeping the entire resort clean as it was raining heavily.
The indoor games area could be a bit bigger and can have a bigger play area.

Nice Ambience , Neat and clean room
Food was amazing but limited option.

Close to popular hangouts. Walkable distance to the beach. Property is well maintained.
The check-in time of 03:00 pm is very late, especially for those coming in by an early flight.

Location, walkable distance to Flea market, restaurants and beach in candolim.
Rooms were shockingly small and old. Was getting odour of cigarette smoking in the room all the days despite being informed to the reception. The room was so small ,we started getting claustrophobic, which means it was not worth the money spent. The room and bathroom have no space to have free movement because of the poor and old design.I chose this place seeing the Radisson label on it. But disappointment was the result. One positive thing is responsive staff, the amenities and the food served at the restaurant maintained to a good standard. All the above I informed the manager Mr Varun as well before checking out

Reception area and pool well presented
First room quality was poor, broken tiles and mould in the shower, disappointing view on of the nearbering property. Last straw was when we was told if we wanted additional water we would need to pay. Water on table in pop bottles was free( which we can not drink) and the smoke from the neighbouring properties bonfire coming direct in to our room. Quality of breakfast was fair compared the other hotels we had stayed in during our tour around India and Goa. Pool very clean, around the pool needs attention.

Honestly nothing. The property has nothing to offer apart from the tini tiny pool. It’s got no spa no gym no activities/sports nothing. The breakfast spread was also not great
The things that are mentioned above. I regret my decision immensely. I chose radison over novotel just to save a few bucks. Novotel’a got all the things to enjoy a proper vacation. Please don’t be a fool like me and just go behind saving money. If your motto is to stay out all day and just need a room to crash then radisson is the one for you else PLEASE NO

Lovely friendly hotel, the staff were very nice and helpful. We had a really great stay.

The property is great, good loc, though not near the beach. Good breakfast spread, friendly staff, comfortable room.
In spite of telling in advance about the requirement of 2 single beds and getting confirmation by mail and at check-in , we still got a double bed. Which was transformed into two single beds after we entered the room.
2.5
The staff where very friendly. There were always staff busy maintaining and cleaning on a daily basis
I requested a quiet location and the put us in F block on the 2nd floor where there were daily conferences. We then had delegates either side of us that visited each others room several times from 1-3am. Ringing there doorbells woke me most nights. Toilet paper wasn't given and when you contact house keeping took over an hour so ended up going to get from reception. Not a holiday hotel but more of a business centre so was very busy and noisey.

I stayed in C1. The room was moderate size with good wifi connection. Pool was medium size and was kept clean. Breakfast spread was very good with both Indian and continental. Overall it was nice.
A matter of great concern.
I was travelling with my teenage daughter. And one day prior to my check out she was vomiting whatever she ate. In the night at around 10:00 pm I requested for dal khichdi without any spice and explained the reason why. It was send across just the way I had asked for. But unfortunately from 1.30 am my daughter started feeling extremly restless and breathless and 2.00 am she puked out everything in the room even before she could reach the bathroom.
This was a bit alarming for me.
I called the reception to ask if there is any in-house doctor which they didn't. So I messaged my doctor and he immediately send me a prescription plus how to make ORS procedure as it was a case of very bad stomach infection. I called up the reception to ask for a 24x7 medical store and salt and sugar which they helped me with. But on calling up the medical store there was no one to deliver the medicine so late in the night as he was the only person who was handling the store. I called up the reception again to ask for help if they can send someone across to get the medicine as my daughter was feeling extremly uneasy. But they refused stating that as per their POLICY once you enter the property during working hours you cannot leave the property. The guy who came to give the salt and sugar saw the condition of my daughter and I felt like may be he will be able to tell the night manager PARAM with whom I was coordinating and maybe I will get some kind of help. But he called me and very sternly told me that " I TOLD YOU MA'AM WE CANNOT LEAVE THE PROPERTY" He also asked me if I had called up the medical store. I told him I did but he was the only one managing the entire store. Atleast here you have some people. But he refused that he cannot do anything.
I cannot leave my daughter and go get the medicine at 2.30 in the night. Neither did I have any 2 wheeler or 4 wheeler at my disposal so that I can take my daughter along with me.
