No value for money

Only thing that we liked was the location.

Cleanliness was not proper, street dog was staying in the staircase. Housekeeping service was poor. Breakfast was very average. Overall a bad experience. No value for money.

Nice place to stay.

The vibe of the property and suite designs were beautiful. The neighborhood was really good, and there were many nice bars and restaurants nearby. Near to the beach. Staffs were quite responsive.

The wi-fi was poor. The pool was dirty.

Enjoyable stay

We had a lovely stay there. I think the thing that really made it was the helpfulness of the staff, particularly Lorna, who worked on reception. There was a pool, the food was nice. There is a path through to the beach , and it was the quieter end of the beach.

There wasn't really much to say. The only thing was the electrics cutting out - seemed to be when I used the hair dryer . Having said that, it was soon switched on again, so it's not really a problem.

Have lived in this place before and its a place with a good location. This time was given a really shabby room when I booked a standard room something new which never existed before. Took an upgrade for by paying 25 % more.Chexk inn at 11 pm and they were really quick. They refused to allow visitors without and Id card deposited at he reception,which is something new but good in terms of serurity. Excellent location a walk to the beach. Good space if yiu book deluxe room and good for a short stay.2-3 days.

Avoid the standard room. Upgrades are exp at the hotel compared to your website even for breakfast. Limited parking space. Its quite green so expect some mosquitoes... goo prepared. Poor Ac but enough if you keep the room locked.

Overall Good Stay!

All Clean - Bedroom, Toilet, Small living room & a small kitchen with a small fridge. Housekeeping & Room service staff are attentive & helpful. New Bedsheets & New Towels maybe required.

Rooms near the swimming pool is noisy due to guests! Better to stay in rooms away from the pool for some Quiet.

Location is good and staff are very warm and pleasant.

Pool was unclean. There were small cockroaches running all over the two separate rooms of h1 and h2. Even the bathroom glass partition rims had cockroaches stuck in.

Rooms spacious & clean. Staff very friendly. Location super. Food is Good n reasonably priced.

Rooms/block face each other! Too close for privacy! Very noisy guests n loud music, drying underwear & other clothes etc on the balcony bit tacky!

Location/staff/ rest all good

Location was very good .The room booked was normal room .We faced electricity cut out .But good assistance from staff staff is really good . K5 room was given to me but bathroom smelled a lot . Food was good breakfast was good . Room bed was not good loose fitting .2 beds were attached in between there was a gap so was difficult. Beach and restaurants are close by. Rates are more as I went in peak season .but overallocation is good .pool services are good . Staff is good

Horrible experience!!

Absolutely nothing!

Right from the time we checked in we had absolutely no help from the staff. Nobody helped us with our bags. The handle to our door was broken so we got locked inside. We never had parking. The rooms were dusty. The fridge and the air conditioner made noise. Nobody at the reception after 7pm. The hotel did not have a first aid kit. Breakfast is overpriced.

Expensive for a terrible stay.

The location of the resort and the exterior look and feel is great.

The staff was arrogant, lazy and stubborn. The prices at the restaurant were too high for very average food.

Budget property with great location

The rooms could have been cleaner and linen better quality, our rooms had cobwebs on the roof. The breakfast is ok .. not a huge spread.

The location is amazing. The layout is really nice and the superior rooms have a small balcony n living room too. Quite spacious for the price.
