Loved the property, it was beautiful. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The food was good and had a wide variety. The hotel is also tries to be eco-friendly by recycling. They even have a healthy corner in the main dining area for those who are health conscious. There is something for everyone here. I would recommend it.
The pool was closed a few times throughout the day. The bar has limited drink/cocktail options.

I liked the pool and beach also the wifi
The food wasn’t that great
the room didn’t meet my standards
there was no ac throughout the whole hotel except for the room so i was hot throughout my entire stay

Everything was good.
It was sometimes hard to get Resturant reservations

The staff, the cocktail called "Jamaica Smiles", the view from our seaview suite. Wednesday is "Jamaica Night" so the best time to go to the buffet! Top tip! If you stay in building 23 on the higher floors rooms 515, 615, 715 and upwards) you can literally watch the sunset from your balcony
The patties weren't great and the salt mackerel had too many bones and a fin (???)

Resort is beautiful and had a great time overall. The staff is friendly and welcoming. We absolutely loved the kids' waterpark.
Rooms need a lot of renovation. Needs new furniture. Floors were dirty. My 2 year old walked barefooted for 2 seconds, and his feet were already black. The room needs more outlets and more light. The pillows were toddler size pillows and a bit flat. I had to sleep with 2 pillows. They provided no soap to wash your hands with. Good thing I brought my own. Bathroom had molding and didn't seem like it was thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. Also, there was a beach party on the family side of the resort but after a while, this one security guard told all those that were there with their kids that it was time for them to go to sleep, and that only adults were allowed. We thought that it was very rude for him to tell us, parents when to put our children to bed. It didn't make sense that the kids couldn't be there, especially it being on the family side of the resort. That's why they have an adults only side and a family side. We wanted to stay and enjoy the beach party, but because of that one security guard, all parents were forced to end their night early.

Entertain was fair, food was poor. Either it was overcooked or under cooked.
Staff at reception had no costomer service it's all about money.
Was trick by a member of staff to rate her good in order for her job status..
Unfortunately, I will not go back there or recommend it to anyone
Drinks was warterd down .everything tased like water.
Plus I was over charged for the room and had to pay a full price 936 us dollars on arrival.
The grounds.some daytime entertainment, .pools was ok and the beach.

The grounds up keep was beautifully. The rooms was ok.
The walking distance was too much to get to the restaurants. We went with a group of 18 people some were underage and we had a hard time eating together. We get separate because of the age difference. Also I have 2 elderly couples who could not walk back and forth to the restaurant and we had a hard time getting food to there room.

everything physical
the Wi-Fi connection

Price was good. The person who cleaned the room in the mornings was very pleasant.
The food wasn't so good. Wifi service was terrible. The water in the restaurant tasted terrible. And the staff was only pleasant to the foreigners and not the locals.
3.7
The property had good provisions for children. The Waterpark and kids club were great additions. The pools were AMAZING
The property was not well maintained. The ceiling above the bathtub on two of our for rooms were leaking. There were cracks on the walls in our rooms, the property in general was lacking in repair.
The entertainment was also lacking. There didn't seem to be enough members on the entertainment team to feel twor presence and for them to effectively do their jobs.
The property in general seemed to be understaffed in all areas. Leaving the employees unable to efficiently and pleasantly do their jobs.
Staff in many areas were not friendly. Many times their demeanor was unpleasant.
The food was mediocre at best. There didn't seem to be enough during dining hours at the main buffet Orcadia. If you were unfortunate to not be in the very first batch for dining you would be missing out on many items as they were not available and not replenished.
3.7
Convenient for ocho rios tours
The food was not good, nor was there any variety, rooms need refurbishments, and the hydrospa was closed. That was on one the reasons i booked at that particular location.

location, facilities,
inside he building needs an overall, carpets, some fixtures in rooms and on landings. I disliked the sales woman for Privilidge Club, Shanayaha or summat, all woman, rude, she called English people mean after I declined her offer.

The environment was clean. Staff is very helpful. Front desk staff exceptional, especially Ms. A Henry.
There was absolutely nothing that I didnot like.

I stayed in Bahia with my two bothers and two sisters and their husbands and kids, so this was a trip of a lifetime for us. My siblings absolutely adored every single corner of the resort and every single detail the staff has put in caring about their guests. I was afraid that they were going to be bored staying in the same place for seven days, but there was always something to do. Plus, they went on a deep-sea fishing with the Bahia operator. They also took long leisurely walks along the property in the morning and in the evening, it's that kind of property. Jamaicans are the perfect hosts.
My family enjoyed absolutely everything.
