Great location

Love the location, it was close to the supermarket, KFC, Starbucks and entertainment.

The pool needed to be cleaned more regularly, though this was a community pool.

Super retreat and great host

Everything was lovely, the villa is so nice in a great location. Spencer the host is an amazing guy who goes above and beyond. i highly recommend this villa. The pool was great and we had an amazing time here. It is close to Ocho Rios with loads of activities nearby. There was Aircon in the rooms and we felt very secure and safe at all times

There was nothing I didn't like. Everything was great and we really enjoyed our time here. Spencer was very responsive, professional and obliging.

What can I say, this villa was a home away from home. Very modern and sophisticated, clean quiet an.

Host was amazing. Response time to queries and concerns were lightening fast and issues resolved quickly. Would definitely recommend this getaway in the highest manner and look forward to staying again.

Villa had a VERY homey vibes to it, i honestly did not want to, so if your seeing this,book it

location is great i liked how the Ac was blasting,utensils were clean,hot water was ALWAYS running and the internet was great! overall the entire place just gave great vibes🤍

not necessarily didn’t like but for the ladies i would recommended leaving some female toiletries (pads etc) for any little emergency

The Jam Vibes Villa is the place to rest and experience life on the coast and bond with your people.

The property, the host, the proximity to the beach, the clubhouse's pool and swings. Spencer (host) was exceptional. Knowing that my children were having a birthday treat, he got us a cake names and candles included. He is now family :). This is the 2nd property that I am staying at that is hosted by Spencer and I can tell you 'home away from home' does not fully give justice to the house and its environs. Absolutely a great experience.

My stay was great. I couldn't complain.

It was easy to get access to places all over. Its like we are right in the heart of everything. When you look up the road, theres fast food restaurants all over, when you look down, theres gas station, supermarket and all. Within less than a minute you reach where ever you want to go. I loved it at Jam Vibes villa. The host is very friendly trust me.

The pool was dirty i was annoyed by it. Others went in but the moment i went in and realise, i got out.

it’s in a gated community. the property is beautiful. The host was kind, informative, and prompt. Spencer is great. The pictures does not do this property justice. it’s even better and more pretty person.

It was excellent and we look forward to returning. We will definitely market it by "word-of-mouth".

Accessibility, outside eating area, security feature which facilitated fear-free walking around, friendly neighbors, in unit laundry. On arrival, we felt immediately at home in the very clean and tastefully decorated villa. The central location provided easy commute to restaurants and the attractions in which we were interested. We will definitely book this villa again and recommend it highly to our friends. Spencer was a tremendously helpful host and kept in communication throughout the period. A consummate professional!

The placement of the toilet in the Master Bedroom was challenging for my 6' 2'' son, making for awkward seating.

I absolutely loved this property..Very clean & Spacious..My family loved it & so did I. I also loved the privacy & Security. Amoy was a great host she kept in touch to make sure we were OK.. The Owner Mr Rujay is AWESOME..Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable & welcoming 😊👍🏾❤

The only problem was the slight interruption with the WIFI
