Services was good.

Housekeeping lady Shukuntala was exceptional. She is doing her duties diligently.

I am not happy with their currency exchange rates. They are charging too much fee. Government rates is Rupees 276 for $1.00. they were giving Rupees 251 for $ 1.00.

Very pleasant stay in a land mark hotel in Karachi

Nice breakfast, tea could be with leaves rather than tea bags. Very convenient location, central, very pleasant and dedicated staff.

Gym and spa would need some modernization soon

Fantastic

The best thing about the hotel are the staff - they are all absolutely amazing - from Itrat the manager I met at breakfast to Mahan, who was so polite and nothing was too much trouble for him. Then there is the main reception staff - very professional and polite (even when I was being slightly blunt - long flight but no excuses) The staff are a huge asset to this hotel.

It was a shame the swimming pool was out of order for refurbishment which wasn’t advertised at the time of booking - rooms could do with a bit of an uplift.

Great place to stay in Karachi

Great hotel with very friendly staff from check in to the breakfast and cleaning folks (Farooq). Great breakfast to get you started for the day. Everyone in breakfast staff from managers to waiters are very responsive and ensure you are getting excellent service.

Fundamental issue with the bathroom doors in the room. They don't close properly. Not a problem. If you are staying alone or as a couple. But, as a family it is a bit annoying. Highly recommend to think about fixing these doors when planning next renovation.

My kids got food poising by just eating at the hotel during our 3 night stay.

Staff is good but the hotel itself is so old.

Not worth the value of money, food was bad, it gave food poising to my kids. Room had weird smell and breakfast had limited options.

Rooms need to be upgraded

The location was great

Needs more maintenance as there was a leak from the bathroom sink that was not addressed even though I everyday requested someone to come fix it as well as the refrigerator was not cooling the drinks and I had to ask for ice twice a day

Breakfast is good, the hotel is clean room is comfortable.

Firstly, I found the staff, particularly the security and porter team, less cooperative than I would expect from a hotel of your caliber. Their approach to guest service did not meet the standards I anticipated, leading to some discomfort during my stay. Additionally, I encountered challenges while trying to communicate with the customer service team through Booking.com and the hotel's website. The response to my queries was not as prompt or helpful as I had hoped, which unfortunately added to my overall dissatisfaction. I believe in constructive feedback and hope that my experience will be considered for future improvements. I look forward to hearing back from you regarding these concerns.

Service and facilities are very low - we had to call multiple times to remind them of the food order - there was no smart TV in the room .. I mean we have paid a good amount against a room but we didn't get good service and all

It was unexpectedly wonderful and comfortable.

The hotel is good, as this was the 2nd time i came and stayed in this hotel.

This was ok

Before assigning the room they should have checked if everything is working fine, the phone in the room was not working, therefore if i required anything i had to go the reception and ask for it., causing inconvenience going up and down several times. when i requested to change the room, it took several hours for them to decide and change the room.

Location is very good as close to the shops and mall nearby. We were upgraded to the executive suite rooms by the reception at check in time.

The rooms need to be modernised. Hotel rooms seemed to have a damp smell.

Almost everything, very friendly staff

Shower: Warm water was :( Had requested to let check, like one year ago. They promised to do the necessary checks, at the end no update and nothing happened. I did accept for the time being the cold water to have an unpleasant shower. Next time will call and ask, otherwise will book another hotel.

Poor service. Food basket was not available. Provided after several reminders. Initially hot water was not available in bathroom. After doing some work by plumber, hot water came after waisting lot of water. Rooftop dinner quality was not upto mark like five or four star hotels.

Scam Alert!!

The room and services were as expected, clean and staff were attentive.

The fact that i gave booking.com my card details and they wanted another card details to take a booking from. They charged my brother under 96,000 rupees for 4 days. They took 130GBP then 50000 in rupees. And the card details too. To me for this reason it felt like a scam we originally booked tuesday till thursday for 164GBP on booking.com. then they charged 50000 rupees which equates to 140 GBP for an extra night.

Exceptional

The room and all other facilities were very good! The food quality in the restaurants was amazing, they have a Japanese Chef who definitely knows how to prepare food. The breakfast buffet and also the coffee was good as well. The pool is clean, the gym well equipped and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I'm looking forward to stay there again in future!

helpful staff, made us feel special, breakfast was exceptional, service and entertainment at Sky BBQ was high quality

sometimes room service can be slow, on one occasion we had to carry our shopping bags ourselves, also food at Cinnamon restaurant was not up to expectations
