Great place to explore Spanish point from.

Great location and Phil the owner was a lovely lady with great knowledge of the local area. She gave us a great recommendation for great food and drink ten minutes walk from the b&b.

The towels were too small for me to wrap around myself.

incredibly welcoming owners who were happy to help with any query

very accommodating owners, we did not arrive until nearly midnight and it was not a problem, the owners obliged and stayed up until we had arrived safely.

No breakfast options available but we did not mind as there were options close by

Nice friendly people in beautiful location by the sea

The staff were very friendly and gave us a lift to the nearby hotel 🏨. Also they were very helpful when leaving and organising bags for travelling. Really appreciated

Quiet and peaceful perfect if staying for a weekend

The venue was in a perfect location to stay for a wedding. The room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet night sleep. The owners were really nice helpful and gave me a lift down the road.

Didn't serve breakfast however still was great price and I could get breakfast closeby.

It was only ok.

Its located close to Spanish Point. It had an extra room attached with a fridge and seating area.

It was located down an extremely narrow road barely room for 1 car. When you drive into the property there is barely room to park and its quite stressful thinking how your going to get out the next morning. There was no breakfast. tea,coffee and biscuits are provided and a fridge. When I commented there is no milk I was given a small jug of milk. The milk was frozen solid the next morning.

Very friendly and helpful host. Great hospitality and recommendations for site seeing. Gorgeous inside and outside the accommodation. Porch off my room added perk.

Warm and welcoming B&B

Very welcoming couple in this B&B with view on the sea from top rooms. in the middle of the countryside not so far from Spanish point, relaxing place and many great advise given by Phil to visit the region or to get any good reco for restaurants or breakfast.

not 100% clean room, no breakfast but great ones advised in the surroundings

No breakfast, no lift.

The room was spacious and clean, location is close to Armada hotel so it's handy for a wedding.

Note there is no breakfast here. Disappointed as it is a B&B. Owner explained that this change is due to covid but they offer a lift up to the local hotel. Fine in theory but ... In the morning however there was no sign of the owner, so we had to check out by leaving keys behind and wheeling our luggage a kilometre up the road to the hotel. Overall i can't say it was a happy stay unfortunately.

I thought 90 euro was a bit much for a bed only stay

The price was great value for money The host was lovely and everything was clean and tidy

I thought it was a b and b and it is not they no longer do breakfast Which was disappointing It's a great place to stay even if its a little dated very thin walls

Amazing b&b, everything we needed. We stayed for a wedding and they even gave us a lift down to the venue! Would definitely recommend!

Friendly host who went the extra mile

The trend of B&Bs no longer offering the 2nd B The charm of the Irish B&B was always the morning breakfast with fellow travellers. That is now a distant memory… pity

Noel is an absolute gentleman he genuinely can't do enough for everyone staying with them..offering everyone lifts down to the hotel. Everything was fantastic and we all felt we would return no problem...very reasonable. Spanish point is a beautiful place, made even better by the lovely locals

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay at Barkers. It was comfortable and clean and very close to the Armada where we were attending a wedding. Noel was lovely and really accommodating. He even gave us a lift down to the hotel after we'd checked in! Couldn't recommend enough.
