Central to the village. Lovely lady owner with a beautiful personality and her years of hospitality skills shone through. Home made hot tasty breakfast. Rooms had all the essentials we needed.
Just another little second look over the ensuite and esp round the sink area would have made it a 10/10 but we wouldn't hesitate to return on our next visit to Castlederg.

Lovely property. Right in the centre of Castlederg. Pub and restaurant on campus. Lovely staff, so helpful and nice. Delicious Ulster fry for breakfast!
The bed was too short! My partner is tall and his feet hung off the end of the bed!

Sense of family, the hotel / restaurants / coffee bar / pool room / etc etc are all run by the owners large family, however the wonderful staff team are part of a wider sense of family, they care, genuinely, it's so rare and so wonderful ❤️x
Leaving, truly x

Absolutely everything - it's simply a home from 🏠 💞🥰x
When I had to leave 💔 The food was too tasty, the drinks too refreshing and complimentary. The staff's warmth and can do nature just awful lol 🤦🏻

The breakfast was good and a varied choice. Evening meal was excellent.
The fact there was no stairs, a lift would be handy as now at point stairs are difficult.
Also, no concession made if ill and had to cancel.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were great, really welcoming and helpful. Breakfasts were enough to set me up for the whole day. Will definitely visit again.

Nice clean rooms, bar and restaurant downstairs, nice breakfast.
The reply if it is possible to check in later came after we arrived on time. There was a miscommunication between staff and we had to wait 30 more minutes for breakfast.

Second time I have stayed here. Very busy on arrival due to a darts competition but I received a warm welcome from Olga. A tiny bit noisy as it was a Saturday night and a singer was performing in the lounge but otherwise a good experience. The breakfast was exceptional. Best fry I have eaten in a long while. I will return.
Bit noisy but it was Saturday and it is a pub as well as a guesthouse.

staff were very pleasant
room was nosy right on the street

good breakfast
stayed on a Saturday night and so very noisy until 2am so lack of decent sleep

The breakfast was lovely, but I think I made the wrong choice because it was way too much for me! If you are hungry then definitely go for the Ulster Fry!
Check in was a little chaotic - (in my case) it was done through the bar and they were a little under pressure there. But it was not a big deal.

Staff were great. Very welcoming. Breakfast was great.
The pictures on the site showed a great food selection, my main reason for selecting it. When I arrived I was told that the kitchen was closed as there was no point it being open. I was told that the bar would be open that evening. I had to travel 30 minutes out for food, and back again, to arrive and find that the bar was closed and shut for the night.

The accomodating staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and were extremely helpful. The off-street parking was excellent and the food in the restaurant was exceptional.
Central location was perfect but traffic noise and late night revellers in the street was a slight issue but was outside the properties control.

Closed for dinner some evenings

The staff was very friendly and made time to have a conversation with you. We had something to eat in the restaurant on the night we stayed and it was lovely. The breakfast the next morning was also nice. The room was just perfect and there is a lovely bar to have a few drinks in. Will definitely stay again.🙂
