Brilliant location.

Loved the location. Close to shops, restaurants, the mall and the old city. I’m t was ideal and easy to find. The decorations were fascinating and perfect. The room was quite spacious and well fitted out. I liked the roller shutters on the windows.

Air conditioner didn’t work properly leaving us cooking in the night. None of the staff seemed to be able or overly willing to help. Breakfast was the most inadequate to date, during our (6 month) travels

Horrible sleep

The only thing good about this hotel is the location

The mattresses were INCREDIBLY uncomfortable. The springs were so bad that the whole bed would sink in the middle. Asked for a large bed and they simply put two small beds together so there was this large gap in the middle that got larger and larger as you moved around. There were many mosquitoes, the lighting was poor and the flush on the toilet made loud noises for several minutes. The AC, when it worked, made an unbearable sound all night and there was a green light for the smoke detector that basically lit up the entire room at night...this hotel absolutely sucks and you will certainly not get good sleep. Way over-priced for what you get. You can get cheaper Airbnb nearby for MUCH BETTER quality than this hotel.

Design delight

Unforgettable, Stellar 60s / 70s decor in lobby in pristine condition. Very nice staff, especially the gentleman who makes coffee in the morning at the perfect coffee bar.

The rooms are at the back, unrelated to the lobby in every way, with a depressing decor and lighting. The lobby makes it worthwhile. If the rooms had the style of the lobby, with authentic detail, it would be a design destination without equal.

A very nice retro hotel in the centre

Excellent location in the centre of the town. Very nice and luxury building and lobby. The rooms are not that luxurious, but still ok and convenient. All the building is a very nice retro and I really liked it very much including the digital clock at the reception. Breakfast is included in price and it was ok. Good coffee and some other food as well. The breakfast was served fully in disposable plastic, not sure if this is an attempt to look good with respect to Covid19 or not to have to wash the dishes. In any case this doesn’t look good. I would prefer some retro porcelain…

Location was great

Everything seemed very old and worn down. Air-conditioning was immensely loud. Breakfast was very disappointing!! No hot water in the bath

The location was superb in the middle of the center. Everything was accessible on foot. The staff was very friendly and a surveilled car park was also available at a cost to keep your cafe during your stay.

Bad experience in old, dirty, smelly and expensive hotel

Location only.

Awful hotel, one of the worst value for money I've been in. Cheap and old furniture, dampness, mold, rust and bad smell make it an unexpected experience. Please note that the property's photos on Booking.com are cosmetically edited and different than what you're going to find at the location.

Overall old, but gold.

Was close to everything, the staff was always happy to help and speaks english really well.

Due to covid, the breakfast service was not like in normal terms, but this was not the fault of the hotel.
