The home was perfect for our family getaway at the beach for the end of summer!! Love the home and the amenities! Updates to the home are made regularly and the property owners were very nice and helped me with all my questions!

The house was set up to comfortably handle our whole group. It was stocked with everything you could think of. Great access to the beach. Great views. Plenty of things to do in the area. I recommend checking out the Missiles and more museum. We had a great family night playing bingo at the Assembly Building across the street. We made so many memories this past week that we will be reliving for years to come.Our host Lisa was great. She responded quickly to any question we had.

The week could not have been better. The weather turned out to be perfect, the water was a delight even though a few days were rough and we had an ocean breeze everyday. Wide beach to spread out on. The was designed so that it stayed pretty much sand free, Wow what a releif. However the stairs, made sure you got your steps in each day. It was nicley appointed and well maintained. Loved the location. Would love to rent it again.

The property was spotless and exactly as described. Super clean, well stocked, and right on the beach. Lisa and Jim were super responsive on one minor issue. Lisa even checked in on us at one point before Tropical Storm Debby hit. Even with some poor weather we had a great time here! Would definitely stay here again!

This house is fantastic. Steps from the beach, comfortable beds, and a short walk to several dining options and a small convenience store/market. The kitchen is well equipped with spices and cookware/small appliances. Rental and check-in were super smooth. Highly recommend the art festival (walkable) in town on Thursdays. Only caveats: it's a lot of steps if you have accessibility issues (kitchen is up 2 flights of steps hauling groceries) and the mini-golf place across the street has music/DJ until 9 or so which can be heard in the house if you have small children with early bedtimes.

Well appointed place. No idea we would be dealing with 31 steps for one 81 year old member of our party. Great that there were 2 air conditioning systems with controls. Kitchen needs a 9x13 pan and good can openers.

The property was very nice, right on the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and other entertainment, and for fishing enthusiasts a nice fishing pier right next door. My sons are Marines so about a 40 minute commute to New River Air Station. The linens were conveniently provided and plenty is space in the bedrooms and kitchen/great room area with beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean and a bedroom and full bath on the same level so if you do have anyone in your party with mobility issues once you get them to the top floor, as long as they don't plan on leaving that floor, they should be good. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Lisa for sharing your beautiful beach retreat!

We loved the cozy little town of Topsail. The house was amazing. It was very clean and spacious and was right on the ocean. The host was very responsive. She responded right away to any questions we had. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend.

Amazing location, right across from the venue where my family members wedding was held, right next to pier for fishing, beautiful sunrise walks and sunsets. Hot tub was great in the chilly weather. It was clean, cozy and a very nice house. The only downsides for us were having to make the 7 beds upon arrival, the amount of stairs took a large toll on my grandparents, the pier parking lot got a little loud a couple nights and the dryer melted some of our clothes. But wonderful stay and weekend overall. My grandmother accidentally left the oven on when we departed and the property manager was very nice and understanding.

If you are going to be at the beach this waterfront house is the perfect location. Quiet area but with enough restaurants and cute shops near by. Stairs are slightly steep so plan accordingly for mobility issues or elderly.

We had a wonderful vacation at this house! The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking great meals, the grill was fantastic, and the beds were very comfortable. The living space is furnished well. No complaints!

The property was beautiful and very well maintained and clean. The location was great as we were able to walk to restaurants, putt putt, gift shops, and, most importantly, ice cream. The ocean views from the 2 decks are amazing! The property is located off the main road which was nice too. Plenty of parking space for the 4 cars. We had 3 generations - 7 adults and 3 children. All agreed this was the best vacation ever! Thank you, Lisa!

Overall great. Location is wonderful next to Jolly Roger Pier with necessities/food in walking distance and short drive to city.. beach house was nice/clean and up to date for the most part besides a few smaller things. I’m not a fan of carpet in beach houses because of sand/sanitation and the stains but that’s just me. Loved having a hot tub even if it stoped heating properly on the third night so we couldn’t use it, but it was cold outside that night so that may have been the problem. Overall would definitely recommend. Homeowner was easy to communicate with and helpful.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! We came in town for a wedding and it was the perfect location and beautiful oceanfront views. Home was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Accommodated infant, small kids and several adults. Would definitely stay again!

The house was really spacious and all 5 of us room to be together without feeling crowded. The kitchen was very well appointed and we had fabulous meals at the table together The beach was easy access and the beach chairs all in good repair and comfortable.

We loved this place, the master bedroom and bath are beautiful with the private deck and hot tub and plenty of room for us, our 4 kids and 2 in-laws. Just a flight of stairs down to the beach and the beach here is huge even during high tide . Other parts of the island have much smaller beach area. The mini golf and arcade place LITERALLY across the street was a hit every night. Like stepping back into the 90’s in the best way, plus they have ice cream and beer and a bags set. Was a winner all the way around . We would love to stay in this rental again sometime in the future.

We were 2 families with 5 kids ranging from ages 3-12. This place accommodated us nicely. We had a blast! The hot tub was loved by all. We appreciated the comfortable beach chairs to bring to the sand and the deck rocking chairs. For future, it would be nice to have some plastic cups and plates available instead of all glass. A sun umbrella would have been another bonus to have at the VRBO.

The house was spotless, beds were comfy and the location couldn’t be better! Walk right out to the beach with the convenience of coming back in for meals and naps for little ones. Relaxing hot tub, outdoor shower to wash off the sand, ice cream and putt putt right across the street. The Cora’s deli is delicious! Restaurants in surf city were also great and close by. I would definitely stay here again.

Second time here at this property. Fabulous location right on the beach with sweeping ocean views. Brand new boardwalk from the house down to the beach makes beach access safe and easy. Nice hot tub on the lower deck. Excellent WiFi with movie streaming options. Very quite during our visit (week after Thanksgiving). One caveat: long steep staircases make getting to the top floor a challenge for those with ambulatory issues. Otherwise, wonderful place. We plan to return.

My friends and I booked this place for our yearly fishing trip. Being located right beside the fishing pier made this an extremely convenient place to stay as well as only 5 or so minutes from the water way side. This house was very clean and had all the amenities you could need. Our host, Lisa was great as well, very quick to answer any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this place!
