Kind personal, comfortable room,
satisfied breakfast. I like that hotel located on sea front, where you can see the nice views. I recommend the hotel.
Little dirty on bathroom and some injuries on the furniture on the bed.

Pleasant atmosphere - more so for the older generation, not a young family like us, but served it’s purpose of somewhere to crash. Luckily our room was huge for 2 adults and a baby (we got upgraded) which was amazing, thank you so much for this! Made a huge difference having the extra space for my one year old to run around. Staff were very friendly.
Unfortunately I suffered a severe reaction to the hotels laundry powder (used on the bedsheets and towels). When I told staff they didn’t really know what to do about it, it ruined my stay as by the second night it had become utterly unbearable. I’ve never reacted like this before to any washing powder - sadly my one year olds ezcema also flared up severely after using the towels and sleeping in the sheets. This is incredibly worrying. Apparently it was Ariel Bio powder - not sure why it caused such an awful allergic reaction. The staff were not entirely helpful, they rinsed my pillow cases in plain water and changed those, however the product would still be on the pillowcases just diluted. Also all the other laundry (towels and the rest of the bedding), would also still be the same. I’m gutted as it ruined my few days there. It’s a shame there isn’t a hypoallergenic option for people, I would’ve paid extra for this choice or for my sheets to be completely changed for the second night. Instead I endured and my skin reaction was so severe and burning red hot by the second day. It still hasn’t gone down 4 days later.

The room was a tiny single with a view from a small window looking over concrete wall and other window. Window was high, up

WE loved our stay at your hotel it was exceptionally clean and comfortable staff were very friendly and the food was beautiful
the only complaint is that it would be very helpful for your older guests to have a hand rail in the walk in showers.

Having not visited my home town of Torbay for 30 Years, it was important to find a representable Hotel that was easy to reconnect with the beauty of Torbay and stay within easy reach of local facilities. The Staff at the Hotel were very welcoming, (recognised my booking straight away) the room was very comfortable and they arranged parking in front of the Hotel for me with no problem at all. We needed an Invoice after I had left the Hotel and this was also sorted out quickly without any issues.
The Weather.

The view was great.
It wasn't what I expect from the photos.
The breakfast was not good. The restaurant of the hotel closes at 8:30 so you can not have dinner o or any snack after that and you should use ubber eats. Overall it didn't worth to stay in that hotel for £160 per night!

Both rooms we booked were very clean and very comfortable, the hotel is beautifully situated, with stunning views..
The staff there were top drawer, explaining everything and doing their best to help.
The breakfast was excellent, the restaurant manager was so welcoming to everyone, and was working hard in line with everyone else. We will be returning to this hotel for sure.
I would suggest the only slight inconvenience was that my mother's room was situated above the entertainment venue, which went on till late. We weren't given the choice to move, despite booking in early..
