Caution! Very loud due to music from the gym

Very friendly welcome from the owner. Location easy to reach. Unfortunately, in the end there were more negative points than positive ones.

The beds are sagging and creak with every movement. Sleep is out of the question here. Poor noise isolation - you can hear everything from the other rooms. The worst thing, however, is the fitness studio right under the rooms. From 7 a.m. till midnight . The techno is so loud that you can hear and feel it constantly in the room. There are also constant banging noises from dumbbells being dropped. It was terrible!

Amazing place with amazing staff! Excellent place both for families and for solo travellers!

I think this is the best B&B! Everything was perfectly done: - Cleaning is excellent! The building is renovated and looks super clean. - Staff: made me feel so comfortable. Very good hosts! Always eager to help! Very friendly and supportive! - Location: close to the Messina Centrale (15 mins by walk), located near the central street. However, I haven’t heard any bothering noise at night and during the day. Brand shops are also nearby. You can find the gym very close if you are coming to stay longer. - Breakfast is also very tasty! Love it! And balcony! I liked everything! Definitely come back again!

great stayed

The location is in the city center, which is great. Many shops are closed when I arrive at noon on Sunday. Fortunately, the coffee bar downstairs is open. The staff is very friendly, the room is large and comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. It's a pity that I only stayed for one day. Will definitely stay again next time.

lovely decor, very friendly environment. central location. very comfortable bed. excellent continental/Sicilian breakfast. excellent coffee

smell of smoke. parking, although the staff went out of their way to try to help. you need to buy parking tickets beforehand for daytime parking slots

Spacious and very central!

Veronica and her Family were super friendly and helpful they have asked us what we prefer to eat in the morning.Breakfast was very good! Access to the kitchen, for free coffee and drinks :) Bathroom was very clean and the Beds were okay.

Room was very small :( The Wifi didnt work properly :(

Exceeded All Execeptions

If you are thinking of booking this place…just do it! B&B Crystal was a unique experience where the staff went above and beyond to make our stay both comfortable and enjoyable. Breakfast was 10/10 whereby we had fresh omelettes, croissants etc. This place is a gem, family-run and has a unique design to each room. 10/10

Before reservation there was no information that in the room there is no window. Very dark room even during the day.

Great place

There is no possibility to cook even though they have a kitchen. But i respect that.

It was a beatiful place with balcony, it was clean, with great facilities. The breakfast is amazing! The host made it. The hosts were very kind. Great location next to the main street of messina, in the center.

I had a great time!

Apartments are located in city center. Rooms have high standard, there are very spacious, modern and clean. Price was very attractive. Staff offers very good breakfast. I really miss those omlets! Also staff was very helpful and kind.

Everything was alright. No complains.

Great Stay

It was a great stay at the B&B. Me and my boyfriend stayed there for one night and it was comfortable. The staff was really friendly and the breakefast was good.

Superb

A good place to stay for a day or two in Messina. Not so far from the central station, not so far from city center. Silent, despite the locaion in the city by a big street. Easy to find. Our host was waiting for us!

Amazing staff, great location and lovely location

The hotel has exceeded all expectations and is definitely a 4 stars Hotel. Spacious rooms, with balcony and spotless cleaned. The hotel is well. Located and is a walking distance to the main streets and places. The staff are real friendly and it's a n excellent customer service. Will definitely come back and I extremely recommend it.
