Good

Check-in was easy. The room was spacious and tidy. It's very close to the station so it was excellent for us traveling by train.

It's actually a Bed and Bakery (voucher) with only sweet options and a coffee. The walls are super thin so we woke up several times in the middle of the night when the neighbours were arguing, somebody took a shower or blow-dried their hair. You never see anyone from staff.

It was very easy to handle, all the information was there, it was clean

The breakfast was at a small bakery. I was looking forward to but then I just got a croissant and a coffee there.

I would surely recommend it for a short stay.

The room was very nice and the apartment was beautifully decorated and clean. There was no staff on site and check in was done personally using codes for the doors. There was an electric kettle and buns for general use in the main lobby and printed tourist material. The bathroom was quite comfortable to use with many accessories and very clean. 'Breakfast' consisting of coffee and a croissant was provided by a nearby cafe.

The room was too small but for one night it was OK .

Great location, very clean and very comfortable. Check in and check out easy and communication prompt and precise. A great example of how to run an efficient B&B.

I found the coffee machine very frustrating. Completely unnecessary to have it there with a chip like that.It's best to take it out completely..

well... no :-/

Location near to the train station, staff spoke English, small balcony for breakfast, full set of toiletries, we were allowed to check-in really early (really appreciated), they sent me a proper invoice (not very common in Sicily :-/)

Mattress condition were poor, bathroom was definitely not properly cleaned, breakfast included was a voucher to a patisserie (only sweet options, bad coffee), noisy street during night.

Outstanding

This has been one of the nicest small hotels we have stayed in. The room was very spacious, modern and extremely clean. Easy to find and in a great location to sites, shopping and resturants. The coffee machine in the reception area was a real bonus. Francesco was very welcoming and very helpful with advice on places in Messinna. I would recommend to all who are thinking in staying in town.
