I wouldn’t recommend this hotel
There was a bus right in front of the hotel
Overall the price charged by this hotel is not fair, it feels remote and quite empty, you must take a bus to get to the beach, breakfast was okish, staff was not very nice!

cringe and with the part with the card.. very unsecure
breakfast was ok, the view from my room was ok
1. I went to the waiter from the hotel bar to ask her to help me open a bottle that I bought from a store, she did it but it the same time she laughed and started talking in her language pointing at me, very uncomfortable, neither teenager do that. 2. When I made the check-out I asked them if I can leave my luggage for few hours because my bus was in the evening, all set and done, also I asked at the reception if they can put some personal documents of mine safely (because luggage was somewhere not that safe, that’s what the women from reception said). I have placed my documents in a random paper, I had my ID card and a Credit Card and of course I did not wanted someone to check them. When I got back to take my stuff they handed me the documents without the paper. What could make me think they did not took my credit details and they can use it as they want? Why in the first place would they get the documents out of that paper. Now I blocked that card, I cannot use it. 3. When I got back in the evening to take my luggage I asked at the reception if I can go to the bathroom for 2minutes before I go. She said she doesn’t know where it is, downstairs to the left but she wasn’t sure, she sended me to the waiter, the waiter started talking in her language, nervous, very rude I think, like I have asked an unusual question .. actually I just said a word ‘bathroom’ I thought she would understand, but she sended me back to the receptionist. The women from reception, again, a bit nervous.. what is wrong with my I want to go to the bathroom and I made the checkout already, no? She came and walked with me where she thought the bathroom was and pointed me to some ‘mark’ but I couldn’t see.. she was in a hurry and very disturbed.. ‘you see, you see..’ no, I couldn’t see but I went downstairs to look closer, no bathroom mark, no bathroom at all. After you make the checkout you don’t exist for them I would say -1 stars for personal and 2+ stars for the room.

Avoid
Has to be the worst hotel we have stayed at. The building and interior are neglected. The picture shown to describe the hotel is nothing like the real thing. The staff were friendly on arrival but it’s the only positive to say. The smell of smoke hits you as you enter the lobby and only parts of the hotel is in use. The breakfast was very lacking and poor quality.
At over €100 per night we felt ripped off. The rooms are tiny. No bedside lamps but it did have air con. We were on a touring holiday from UK and this was a two night stay so we could visit Split old town. Weren’t even interested that we’d parked in the hotel car park.

Good
Only stayed one night, coming back from islands to be near airport. Room was fine for the price, as was breakfast.
Arrived around 9pm to find no restaurant. Nothing in walking distance but used a taxi. On return, bar was closed, could not get even water to take to room. Hotel seems popular with school groups.

Value for money not good
Location was good! The view from the room! The staff at reception.
Bathroom really small. Room size not too big. Mattress not too comfortable. Breakfast & coffee so so. Value for money not good in my opinion.

The booking.com is horrible that they do not want to refund me for the 1 night we didn't stay.
We arrived to the hotel after over 5 hours of bus ride from Dubrovnik, around 6:30pm. Needless to say, we were tired and hungry. We had booked for a non-smoking room with a balcony with seaview for 2 nights. The first room we were given didn't have a balcony which we paid for, so, the front desk person had to consult with her boss to re-assign us a new room with a balcony. The staff at the front desk was very personal and the check-in process was smooth, otherwise.
We went up to our room and as soon as we opened the door, we immediately smelled smoke smell. We opened the window (only 1 in the room)and a door to the porch to air out (clear out) the smoke smell. We hoped that would lesson the smoke smell. But my asthma got bad at night and coughing got bad I had to use my inhaler many times at night and by next morning 5am, we had packed our bags to leave the hotel. On top of that, the bathroom toilet seat was wobbly and very loose, it was dangerous. The front desk person was apologetic about smoking smell in the room and told me that she created a file for my situation and her boss would, of course, refund me for the 1 night we didn't stay.
