Nothing
Location, Sainsbury’s car park as your view, small cold on arrival, bathroom small and cold, dirty. Dull, old fashioned.
4.3
Fantastic location - proximity to Alton towers / Peak District attractions
Nothing!

Location was very good for the town and Dove Dale. Kristian was very helpful and sorted an issue with the TV that we had
It smelt like something unpleasant had happened in the small bedroom and a lot of air freshener had been used. The fridge didn’t have an ice box
4.3
Location was great, everything in town within walking distance. Accommodation had everything we needed. Everything worked fine and we knew we could contact kristian if we needed to, but there was no need as all was great!
4.3
Clean, comfortable, everything we needed, great location, very helpful host.
4.3
Really clean and well located 20 minute drive from Alton towers. It was also just a 5 minute walk into town and had a Sainsburys literally out the back door!
Non feather duvet would have been better - too lumpy and heavy for spring/summer.
4.3
It was a lovely little bungalow had everything you needed and host was very helpful
Nothing really
4.3
The cottage was lovely nothing to complain about. Would return handy to have Sainsbury's so close
Nothing

Very friendly staff, who were there to greet us and said just ask if we need anything. Also gave us info on the local area. The accommodation was lovely and clean and beds were very comfortable. Short walk into town and convenient for the Tissington trail which was the reason for our stay. Would definitely stay again in summer.
It was quite cold when we arrived and it took a long time to heat up. We turned the boiler up but it took a long time for the room to heat up. Ended up bringing a duvet through from the bedroom to keep warm (to be fair we did arrive on a very cold day and once heated up, it was nice and warm, just took a long time)
Also only a very small thing - none of the TV remotes worked may need new batteries, as we only stayed for 1 night wasn't a big issue.
4.3
Great location on the edge of town. Opposite the start of the Tissington Trail
4.3
Great location. Few minutes walk to good pubs and restaurants also a supermarket right behind the cottages.
Nothing at all.
4.3
The WiFi wasn't good ,the beds were uncomfortable, no hot water for a shower
4.3
Location great
Nothing
4.3
Comfortable accommodation in a great location. Easy access to Ashbourne centre on foot. Off street parking is a major advantage too.
4.3
location and space
musty smell throughout likely to be due to lack of ventilation. wheels on bed cause beds to move when used.
cleanliness could be better dirt and pre occupants socks under bed which would not normally be evident had the bed not moved.
4.3
Perfect location in town centre, particularly for the Tissington Trail & supermarket. Owners very friendly. Large sofa & kitchenette with everything you might need. Parking on site was very safe.
Mattress on double bed was very soft & uncomfortable. Pathway directly outside bedroom was used by people returning from pub & was very loud on occasions until after 2am.

The location was perfect for our few days at Cbeebies land with my small children. The house was spotless and the staff were extremely accommodating to our needs. The Sainsburys at the back of the property was very handy too.
Nothing everything was great! We would definitely return.
4.3
the location and layout
the parking courtyard lets it down slightly but the owners are working on that.
4.3
Very quiet area,is great for people over 60. Few shops around and pubs but nothing special. Close to Alton towers.
Regarding the property we couldn't have a proper shower and for a family with 5 people the 50 L boiler is not enough unfortunately,Two people can have a shower and then you have to wait for hours to get some hot water.
The area is nice but 80% of the people are over 60 years old ,so you can imagine how it is.
The market is a joke,4 tables with some flowers and some pies ,and that's it.
4.3
Great location. Small cottage with room for family.
Spiders everywhere. 🕷 water was cold after long day out in heat. Took ages to heat up. A switch had tripped in fusebox.
4.3
I like the place location so close to supermarket and cycle track. The room so clean and the facilities of the place. the check in was so easy by locker box. The people their very friend;y specially Mr. David was so helpful.
4.3
A big Saintsbury just right here at your back door.
Landlord is so good to installed a Google TV stick for the TV. We can watch the Netflix in this warm hut.
Carpark

An excellent location for a town visit.
Very friendly and accommodating hosts.
4.3
Convenient location with parking. Comfortable living area and good sized kitchen table. Main bedroom had small en-suite. Washer-dryer available.
Home was cold, had to crank up the heating to get it to a reasonable temperature. Drapes were thin and let in light. Directions were unclear- the homes are behind a hotel that is closed and under reconstruction as apartments. Parking is limited due to the construction work.
4.3
Location, space, facilities all were excellent.
Nothing at all.

Very clean. Good location.
Nothing.
