It's an amazing place for a price

We arrived at the location very late, but the owners still made us an amazing dinner. And breakfast was so good and big it kept us going thru the whole day. Our room was very spacious and had all the amenities.

It would be nice to have a place to hang out outside the rooms.

Cozy, naturally, a "real" home with Mariam- the personification of hospitality and great food!

Number 1 for people who love nature. An oasis of peace and quiet in a wonderfully inspiring and picturesque place. the house, which I could boldly call my temporary Georgian home, is a place for meetings and conversations conducted by the extremely kind Mariam, who is the personification of hospitality, goodness and cordiality. It serves here an insane cuisine based on the best homemade products we have had the opportunity to taste. Melting tirebi, delicious breakfasts and dinners from hand, and above all, heart. Perfection and refinement in the healthiest form. I recommend it with all my heart as a place you miss right after saying "see you later". Cozy, naturally, a "real" home.

The most expensive wine in Georgia, Chacha 250% more expensive than elsewhere. Even the price for the room was higher than elsewhere.

I'm not convinced

Beautiful house with a huge yard to relax. Confortable room & delicious food.

There was no one when I arrived. OK, I didn't indicate precise hour and I just had to wait 10mn. Stranger thing is that there was no one during the night : the owners don't live here so I was alone in the house (with the dogs). They came back the day after at 9:10am... although I had asked breakfast for 9am. No big deal, but it didn't happen anywhere else in Georgia. No english is spoken, so be prepared to dig out your best skills in russian. Last, it's really too expensive compared to nearby places.

Perfect location

Very kind owner. Guesthouse is in a beautiful location, very close to Vardzia Monastery with all the amazing nature around. You can have very tasty georgian dinner and breakfast, even though the dinner was a bit more expensive than what you usually expect in Georgia, but all was made of bio products from owner’s farm, so definitely worthy.

Beds are a bit older and not very comfortable. We had a bad luck that their dog was barking all night long, so in combi with the mentioned quality of bed, our sleep was poor.

Amazing experience and sightseeing

The location is amazing, around mountains. The reception by the owners was very warm and welcoming, they made us traditional Georgian dinner and breakfast, all products natural from their farm. They also showed us around and drove us to the Vardzia cave monastery. Would definetely visit again!

Very nice building in a calm and peaceful surrounding, cozy place, nice hammock and sitting area outside, very tasty dinner, good breakfast, the host Marina was very kind and helpful! Will be back!

Homesteader paradise

Our stay at Marina’a farmhouse is now one of our favorite travel experiences ever. She is a warm, gracious host. Despite her limited English and our limited Georgian, we got on just fine. She is an impressive homesteader (raises horses, cows and chickens; makes her own yogurt, cheese, etc) and an excellent cook. Some of the best meals we’ve had in Georgia! The accommodations are basic but clean. The views are phenomenal. We hope we can come back someday!

Water pressure in our bathroom was extremely low, but we were able to shower in another bathroom so it was fine.

A night in a georgian farm

We passed an evening as in grandmother-farm-house: we had a dinner in the family' living room eating genuine food cooked in the really georgian way and talking with the family. In the morning we had an adventure-walking till the near castle, climbing high to the main tower: it was really exciting! Landscapes are unforgettable. This place is highly recommended to real travellers, who wants to taste a bit of real georgian life and who doesn't get annoyed if room are not so warm as in big hotels, or if electricity is not always available or beds are not so comfortable! Thank you for this experience and best wishes for your farm!

Location and owners. Sergo and Marina are wonderful and warm hosts. Breakfast was delicious! Marina's herbal tea is a must-have. Nearby lake and thermal spring are great addition to this welcoming place

Bathroom needs a bit of thinking... Shower curtains at least.

Very poor

Not bad price.

I stayed there for a night. It was actually not that bad however I do not accept theft of any kind. When asked to pay I politely told the staff that they could charge me the breakfast even though we were not going to have it. When I asked for the change for the payment the staff said ok and then proceeded to just have a conversation in Russian util we left the dining area without the change. The staff didn't even try to give the change of 10€ back. And that is inadmissible for any establishment .
