Lindos dias com a família nesse hotel aconchegante em frente a praia da Barra da Tijuca

Gostei principalmente do espaço para crianças porque temos uma criança autista. O salva vidas atento o tempo todo nos tranquilizou. Funcionários competentes e atenciosos. Foram dias maravilhosos!

El desayuno, el servicio a la playa y su cercanía.

El precio - calidad. La pileta no está climatizada y se encuentra en la terraza que es un espacio reducido y con poco reparo.

La ubicación, amplitud de la habitación, la simpatía y atención del personal , la entrega de toallas , quitasol y reposteras para la playa , el desayuno, el bar.

Location right at the beach!

Check in took forever and bed for kids wasn't made despite booking clearly made for a family of four. After 24 hours of travelling, this was quite annoying.

Would not stay again, price and poor quality of the finishes in the rooms. Location 10+

The staff are fantastic and could not do enough to assist. Kind gentle and respectful and attentive at all times, front desk especially but even at breakfast too.

The rooms need an upgrade (floors are tacky) and shower was not clean and some things broken. Saying this the entrance and pool areas where lovely.

Lovely Location.

Location is outstanding! Also this is a safe area with all you want nearby.

The bathroom is not well maintained. No conditioner for example. Also, asked for a extra pillow as there was only 1 per bed and got denied. After some complaints they got me one from another empty bedroom. Very silly things you would not expect from a hotel like this.

Location in front of the beach. Price. Confort.

No breakfast included. Price very high per person (R$54 + Tax).

Next to the sea, good place

i ordered steak for dinner, that's not good. and the front desk girl give me the wrong room type, i went back to change and waited in line for 30 mins, but she denied giving me a three-bed room, that's dishonest and unprofessional. so i changed to ask a front desk boy help me.

The worst Novotel in the Whole World

Honestly, just the breakfast was okay. Everything else was bad.

The room was dirty when we arrived. There were pieces of something in the sink when we arrived. Staff was in bad mood all the time and not helpful at all. we asked them to call us a cab and specifically asked for a bigger car since we had many bags. Taxi company said that the hotel called in the last minute and didn’t ask for a bigger car at all. We almost lost our flight. The hotel is far from everything and there is no restaurants close.

Fair but won’t come back

The hotel is well located and staff is very attentive and friendly.

Rooms are small and old. Pillows are the worst I’ve ever seen. It is clean but don’t look behind the bed. Breakfast has not many options and it is very average. Probably not coming back.
