The apartment was in a great location close to all the amenities and beach. It is comfortable however we had 4 adults and the double sofa bed was okay... the apartment was tastefully decorated and the view from the terrace was spectacular!
Shower was a little problematic as the base of the shower was in level with the floor and the water leaked out - lots of bath mats needed to mop. Some hooks to hang clothes in the shower/bathroom would have been good. Also there was only one power point in the kitchen for microwave, kettle and coffee machine. Had to unplug each appliance to use the other.
Overall, great stay. Loved La Spezia :)

Good central location perfect for visiting all the local attractions, plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby, nice terrace with good views, high floor, quiet rooms.
private outdoor parking available nearby but not really close to the building

This is an apartment that overlooks the bay - very beautiful and the veranda was great with loungers to relax on.
Obviously owned by an artistic family so beautifully decorated. It had everything we need and was perfect for a couple of nights. Our host was lovely and really helpful.
The bed was a little hard.
The parking was hard to find and our car was damaged whilst it was parked in its spot, which was unfortunate.

We really liked the apartment. Especially the big roof terrace. It was in a quiet neighborhood but still close to shopping and restaurants.

The property is close to the bus station/train station and it was easy to visit Cinque Terre, Porto Venere and Lerici (we recommend them all).
Hosts were nice and provided us all the information we needed.
We really loved the big terrace!
Nothing.

Clean and beautiful light appartement with big terrace.
Central location with supermarket and fresh bread nearby.
Host lives in appartement just beneath so if you have problems you can 24/7 get in touch.
We visited a lot of nice places within max 2 hours drive so great place to make excursions.
Equipment of the kitchen could be a little better. We missed a really sharp knife and a salade bowl and a microwave.
That’s all.

Nice and spacious appartment. Cozy and big bed, wide and bright rooms. The terrace is a highlight! Very spacious, sunbeds, big table with chairs, parasol. Appartment and furnishing looks new and stylish. The guy who showed us around spoke good english and even drove us to the parking lot and back and helped with our suitcases. Towels and bedsheets were included. Check in and out was easy. Appartment is very close to the harbour (boat to the cinque terre and portovenere) and to lots of restaurants and cafes. Train station is around 20 mins by foot.
It was not as clean as we'd expected it to be for that price and especially not when thinking about the current situation and corona. The fridge was visibly dirty and there was a half used bottle of alcohol still inside. There were lots of foods left in the cupboards as well, probably left from other guests. We just didn't use anything so it didn't bother us too much but I'd throw it out (at least the things in the fridge).
Shower and sink were leaky so we had to use tons of towels to not set the whole bathroom underwater. There's not much water coming out of the shower.
There was a camera in the doorway outside the appartment and on the terrace. Not sure if they work or what they exactly can watch. They didn't tell us about it we just saw them outside when sunbathing. Not a big poblem for us but maybe for others.

This place is so much better than it looks in the pictures! It is truly the best choice for traveling to La Spezia and to see all villages of Cinque Terre! The apartment is located in an old historical building with so much charm and gives you a unique experience of Italy! The terrace is big, has gorgeous views and Is so relaxing! Private parking is a huge bonus and one of the reasons we picked this place. The location is perfect and within a very short distance to all restaurants, port, and supermarket. We traveled with 2 small kids and this property met all out expectations! Highly recommend!
We liked everything!
