Très beau séjour familial

L’établissement est à 5 minutes de la Station de trains. Il est très ample et confortable pour un grande famille

It was very convenient for a lovely visit to Cinque Terre.

It was very convenient for the station and had everything we needed for a short stay. Theo who checked us in was very nice and showed us everything we needed. 4 good double bedrooms and we appreciated the washing machine and smart tv.

They advertise parking on site non reserved at 12 euros a day. It is only on street parking or car parks. We parked at the station and it cost us 50euros for a day and a half. I think it is misleading on purpose. The front door to the building was very difficult to get in. The sort meant is mostly furnished with ikea furniture but looks like it is slightly higher standard on the photos.

Great location. Good to have 2 separate bathrooms when sharing with a group if friends rather than an ensuit and a bathroom. Large living/dining areaots of crockery and cutlery and a dishwasher. Lift to its location on the first floor. Good wifi.

Light in stairwell did not work. Washing machine but no drier but there was a fold up air dryer and central heating that clothes were put on to dry. The cooking knives were not sharp.

Bad experiance.

i have to move at night to other hotel since both of water and air heater are not workings during winter. Informed the owner and also tried to communicate but she ever replied any of my message through whatsapp. I was also surprised with the numbers of cockroaches appeared playing on the bed of the rooms.

Great spot if you want to be close to downtown.

It was pretty and spacious.

We could not get Wi-Fi to work at all after several attempts. even the QR code did not work. Woke up to noises in the middle of the night. The air conditioner had iced up and ice chunks were falling.

Very modern, clean, and had everything we needed. Located a few blocks away from the train station and downtown La Spezia. We were able to do self check in and check out

Superb

Everything was fine and perfect for the trip and the location is great to visit all small cities around. The house is very comfortable, has big rooms and it's a great choice for some days of relax.

Exceptional

Everything about our stay was literally perfect and an apartment was perfectly organised and furbished. It is llocated in a really close position to both city center and train station from where you can go to the Cinque Terre.

Brilliant little apartment that easily accommodate our group of 12.

Fantastic location in the centre of La Spezia and just a short walk to the train station car park. Good size rooms, two bathrooms and well equipped kitchen. It had everything we needed.

It’s only on the first floor so a little dark inside and you do get some road noise. I’d definitely book it again though as it’s cracking value for the location.
