Very neat and clean, spacious, great location.

The house had everything we could need.
Very comfortable and super clean
There was a peculiar smell the moment we came in the door, I think it was from the downstairs bathroom. Got a scented candle and that helped .
4.7
the hidden bond requirement that is not mentioned on the listing and the efforts I had to make to recover this bond

This was an amazing house for a couple of nights stay over New Year holidays. Was so spacious, immaculate & everything u could need for a few days away. The added little touches of milk, cakes & condiments was great. Play Park & Cafe across the road. Was just perfect.
Few cobwebs & dead fly on roller blind but that is just me being so picky over a wonderful little place to stay.

lovely house in a great location. House was clean and well equipped with plenty of room for our family group of 5. cafe and shop opposite were wonderful, a great breakfast was had by all. We discovered the local nature reserve and enjoyed a walk around it each night.
Only negative was a couple of the lights didn’t work well.

Amazing space in the house, which was well equipped and comfortable. Great central location for touring about Northern Ireland.

This is a hidden gem. The house had all the facilities you could want with ample parking just outsidethe house which was off road. It was a lovely surprise to find milk, tea and scones available A dishwasher Tab, washing up liquid and laundry detergent where all on site. Facilities include Dishwasher, tumble dryer fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, hob and a kettle. Also Ironing board and clothes horse. The property has a lovely cafe in the same complex with excellent breakfast choices. We took the opportunity to have breakfast in the cafe a number of times and where never disappointed. The property is only 5 minutes drive from Maghera town centre with a selection of convenience stores and takeaway outlets. Your a 40 minute drive from the North Antrim coast and places like the Giants Causeway. Also only 50 minutes from Belfast with great road links.
I'll be back. This is a fantastic family location. On the 1st floor you have 1 double room with an onsuit, 1 further double room a family bathroom.1 room at the top of the house with 4 single beds and an onsuit. and the ground floor has a downstairs loo along with a large living, kitchen dinning room with plenty of space for eight people.
The fact that I hadn't booked for a longer stay.😪

Lovely and spacious. Quiet location. Perfect for our family get together. There were 10 of us, Age range from 2 years to 60. Everyone had a lovely relaxing time.
I think they were very busy as i wasn't contacted about payment information or about check in or out prior to arrival..
The BBQ was really dirty, had to give it a good scrub before use, but the rest of the place was clean.

Clean, warm and very comfortable. Spacious and welcoming. We had a great stay with a few friends and will definitely be back if staying in the area again. Thank you Dermot for your friendly advice and help also.
Just needs a little more light at night time to help us get from the car to the front door :-)

The cafe beside us delivered mince pies to our door as a gift on the first night. The houses were clean, warm and comfortable. Dermot (the owner) was extremely helpful. It was a wonderful stay.
