If you get the opportunity to stay at this apartment I would highly recommend it.

Fantastic location, close to the train. Super comfortable and clean, almost like a boutique hotel. Incredible views over Florence from the terrace. Lucia is a wonderful host and is very helpful and accommodating.

That we were unable to stay longer!😁

The best apartment in Florence

The location was perfect, just a short walk to get to many major landmarks. The hosts were also very kind and helpful. The terrace has the best view of the whole city. I went with my mother and my partner, who loved everything about it. Anyone staying here will not be disappointed, you couldn't ask for more from any accommodation.

We loved it and we’d stay there again!

The property had a lot of character with some antique furnishings, rounded doors, skylights and a rooftop terrace overlooking the Duomo. It also had a full kitchen and a washing machine in the bathroom. It is located in the historic district, but you don’t pass through a ZTL camera, so no fines! It’s a block away from a public garage and a grocery store. You’re just a block away from the Arno, near the Amerigo Vespucci bridge.

The only thing I can think of would be screens on the windows to keep out any mosquitoes, but there is AC in the apartment, so we used that most of the time instead.

Roof top terrace is AMAZING!! Really spacious apartment for a family of 4. Was great to be able to do our washing here too.

Lots of stairs, but didn’t bother us.

Close to train station

Great location, close to train station, very nice grocery store and bakery within walking distance. Terrace was really nice.

There were more steps than we thought. Harder for my elderly father-in-law to go up and down. In addition, there was another set of stairs to the Terrace as well.

I would recommend this apartment. Good communjcation from Lucia.

The terrace/patio is a great space to have dinner late on a summer evening! Beautiful view over the city. The apartment is located about 15 minutes walk from the Duomo

No cover for the terrace and unusable during hot hours of day. A fan and cover would have helped. Unfortunately the extractor fan/hood of the stove did not work and this limited us in what we could cook.

Great location. Has a great rooftop terrace, with awesome views of the city to relax & unwind.

We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment. Plenty of room for our family of 4. The rooftop terrace had gorgeous views of the city - we found ourselves going up often to relax and take in the serenity. Great location, within easy walking distance to all the main attractions, and public transport options. The hosts were excellent as well, very easy to communicate with, and very helpful.

Fabulous apartment in the centre of Florence

Fabulous apartment close to main tourist attractions. Easy walk from train station and supermarket and restaurants close by. Very short walk to the river. We loved spending time on the terrace with views all over Florence. Would definitely stay here again. Our host Lucia is delightful.

Comfortable apartment with superb roof terrace, close to city centre

Well equipped kitchen, fantastic view from roof terrace, good location for city centre, comfortable double bedroom, good air conditioning.

Second single bed was a small camp-bed (not shown in photos). There were mosquitoes (plug-in devices were available though). There is no comfy sofa in lounge/dining area.

brilliant location, superb apartment!

the apartment was clean, tidy and all the ammoniates we could ask for. Hosts were lovely, couldn’t have helped us anymore with queries. The terrace is beautiful and made the apartment, really great location in Florence which is also gorgeous. would highly recommend this apartment. we were a family of 4, with an 8 and nearly 2 year old. great stay! thanks guys

Great location, quaint terrace, close to train, gardens to run around, a supermarket & great food!

Host met us on arrival & prior to our trip, was also very prompt in responding to queries via the message function. Property is in a great location and generally well equipped, though there is a flight of stairs as the very small elevator only goes up to level 4. It's a roomy apartment that for the most part (other than kitchen and bathroom) is in original condition. Host is lovely and provided a map, suggesting places we could eat, run etc and always very receptive during our stay. The rooftop terrace is a bonus but really can only be used early morning or early evening as without a louvre roof or sunshade is extremely hot even for this sun lover. Train, a supermarket that sells gourmet meals/great wine/fantastic deli goods to eat on the terrace as well as great restaurants and many tourist must sees are all very easily accessible.

Unfortunately we found the mattresses and pillows in the master bedroom and the 2nd bedroom extremely uncomfortable. Host should consider providing alternative seating in the living area which is a really nice space but better utilised if there was a couch rather than just chairs to enable adults and/or kids to relax on and watch the TV etc.

Rooftop with a spectacular view of Florence

The two- bed room apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. The most striking feature is the apartment’s rooftop terrace which offers a spectacular view of Florence. After busy visits to the various sites of the city, we couldn’t wait to go back to the apartment’ rooftop, enjoying the sun and sweeping view of the city. Our host received us with warm hospitality, giving us good tips of the city. Florence becomes even more memorable thanks to the wonderful rooftop of the apartment.

Amazing!!!

Amazing location, instructions were very clear. Friendly staff who truly cared about our stay. The rooms were great, and perfect for our family of 4. The view from the terrace is an experience of its own. Highly recommended!

The bed mattresses were unfortunately pretty uncomfortable. They should be exchanged in the near future.

We had an excellent stay as a family of three. The owner met us and clearly explained everything.

Excellent location, easy walk from the station with luggage, easy walk along the river into the town centre. Peaceful, excellent views, very comfortable and up to date furnishings. Excellent kitchen and rooftop terrace with views of the cathedral and town centre.

Exceptional

Authentic apartment, beautifully furnished, spacious and warm (in winter). Gorgeous views from the terrace. Lift is available too. Lucia (hostess) was amazing- hugely knowledgeable and very helpful. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and knew where we were and what we could do. We will most definitely be booking her apartment again. Thanks again Lucia 😁
