Safe and spacious apartment with great location

Plenty of room, good location

Our flights in were delayed and we were told a late check in could not be authorized. This was out of our control and caused a lot of stress not knowing if we were going to have a place to stay. Fortunately, we were able to keep in contact and we’re only about 30 min after 7 and someone was able to meet us

Lokalizacja - blisko do targu, blisko do katedry

Apartament zaniedbany, bardzo brudne ściany (krew owadów), grzyb pod prysznicem, słabe wyposażenie kuchni (jeden kieliszek do wina, zepsuty czajnik elektryczny), na łóżku w sypialni nie dało się spać bo materace się rozjeżdżały- przenieśliśmy się do salonu. W opisie jest dostępna pralka na wyposażeniu - tymczasem pralka jest płatna w piwnicy

Noisy place not far from the center.

Close to tourist attractions. Large rooms, large bathroom. Availability of paid parking.

The main disadvantage is the noise until 23:00. If you want to sleep before 23:00, you will not be able to. Even talking in the apartment is uncomfortable, it is so noisy. The windows of the apartment overlook the courtyard, where the terrace of one of the cafes also overlooks. There is very loud music and noise of cafe visitors. After 23:00 everything is quiet. Also the floors in the apartment are dirty and there is mold in the bathroom.

Perfect location to explore the city by foot. Modern and clean apartment. Spacious garage under the apartment. Helpful host.

Black mold on the edges in the shower (not too bad). Kitchen could have been better equipped.

Great Apartment in an Awesome Location. Walking Distance to All the Sights.

This is a great, relatively new, one-bedroom apartment with an additional sofa bed in the living room/kitchen area. Alex, who let us in, explained the property, showed us around, was super helpful. It is located in a great area, just a couple of blocks away from Sta. Maria Novella train station, and tons of restaurants, shops, and markets. You can basically walk everywhere. Wifi was good. We had access to a free washing machine -- supposedly also a dryer, but it was broken-- which we were so grateful for, after being away for a week. I was in Florence for a conference at Firenze Fiera (just 2 blocks away) and it could not have been more convenient. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

As with all apartments, you have to take out your own trash, get a few of your own supplies, clean up after yourself... Other than that, it was perfect. :-D

Loved our 13 night stay. Loved the location. Kevin was very responsive but we’re told apartment just didn’t come with

location was excellent and apartment was a good size

not enough dishes, silverware, cutting board, pot holders, extra towels had to be requested, beds pushed together didn’t stay together.. Could have some basic stocked items. a cleaner, paper towels, a few more garbage bags, kitchen utensils, a serving platter. We like to cook a few meals while there and that would have helped. Shelving needed to be placed in the ample closet system. and lastly lightbulb replacement. Several were missing .

Oasis of calm in central Florence

Spacey, light apartment. A calm oasis in busy part of town. Nice balcony overlooking green gardens, big enough for two to have aperitifs and lunch - Sunny in the afternoon. Location is good - close to station and walking distance of all main galleries etc.

Relaxing place close to city center

We were given the opportunity to check in an hour later that initially stated. The apartment was clean and spotless! The bed is amazing! Shower too!! I honestly can't find anything that could be a real minus to this place. Special thanks to Luciano who came to pick us up since google took us to the wrong address (pay attention to black and red street numbers in Florence!) and answered all of our questions. The apartment is isolated from the city noise and very relaxing

For three nights and three people, we were given just two rolls of toilet paper. However, upon our request, Luciano brought another one so this was not really an issue :)

Amazing location

The appartment is great with everything you need. We arrived a bit earlier than expected but that was no problem at all. The location is amazing, just 5 minutes to the Duomo for instance. Would definitely visit again.

Relaxing stay in an oasis of calm close to train station and all attractions

Location was brilliant and everything was within easy walking distance.

Extra towels and a change of bed sheets would have been nice especially for longer stays. We had to wash towels and sheets a couple of times. Aircon was not working properly - I advised management of this and they explained that they were waiting on a service engineer - no comfort to us I’m afraid - we still paid full price for an apartment that was advertised with aircon! Only one teaspoon, no wine glasses or coffee machine, electricity supply tripped an number of times and I was advised over the phone how to reset at the mains (at entrance to complex in electrical cabinet - a simple operation for an engineer like me but possibly problematic for others -would have been a bigger problem if it happened during the night when nobody is available to answer a phone call to advise location of trip switch).Resolve these issues and I would have no problem awarding a 10/10 rating and I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone planning on visiting Florence. A little bit more info about location of rubbish bins, tram stations and washing machine would also help.
