Overall still, it was good stay.

Excellent location with beach and boulevard just 5 min walk. The Duplex apartment is big enough for families and upto 6 persons can sleep. A big market is close by, getting taxis is quite easy using yandex/bolt/pvt cars. New boulevard, dancing fountains, aqua park, etc are at walking distance. Owner was quick and responsive by whatsapp. The building premises were quite clean and there are big elevators helpful in carrying many luggage baggages. The reception desk is quite helpful with friendly staff too.

The moment we arrived in the apartment, the agent/dealer started asking for the full amount of money before we could check the apartment properly which was unfair. We were tired of long travel and had to settle kids and luggage, and also had to check apartments if all is fine, but the owner and dealer pressurized us to pay immediately which is unusual and unfair. We asked for atleast 1 or 2 hours but they did not listen! The kitchen storage had stale decaying food from previous travelers and a lot of dirt, dust was left on the floor, tables, etc. The owner did apologize and sent a cleaning lady but a lot of time was wasted in all this plus the inconvenience faced due to this! The upper floor had 2 bedrooms, one was big enough with a single and a double bed, but the other bedroom was really small and thus the double bed was too small to be comfortable for 2 persons. The airconditioning and natural ventilation are insufficient.

Perfect apartment and location!

Such a perfect apartment and time we spent there. Perfect location - just 2 mins walk to the beach, very cosy room, comfortable king size bed. Host (Temuri) is very helpful and Communicative, Everything was great.
