Comfortable and good location

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was helpful.

My room was right next to the elevator which was quite loud and annoying especially late at night and early in the morning. The breakfast was fairly limited.

Very good location. Missing some key elements in the room.

The hotel has a very good location. Living-areas and rooms were all clean. High score on this.

There is one cons that really upset me during my stay. My shower box didn't have a door and every time I took a shower the whole bathroom got wet.

Good lodgement in Recoleta, but value for money could be better

Room was clean and spacious; good breakfast, location as expected: walking distance from Recoleta cemetery, Floralis Generica and El Ateneo.

Room had window to the inner shaft of the building, so mobile network did not work at all; Wi Fi did not work well either, I had to go to the lobby to catch signal . Staff was polite and helpful, but did charge incorrectly the daily rate, not considering IVA exemption for international Credit Cards, which took me a lot of time in my few-hours stay in Buenos Aires; after everything was sorted out, due to exchange rates, I even lost a couple of USDs due to the delay to solve the issue.

the location was really nice and had everything needed

i think the cleaning could have been better, the room was ok and the bed lingerie and towels but overall the floor was not 100% clean and some things were a bit old and used like the metal table, even if these are not necessary reasons to dislike it, everything was great and the stuff was nice

Slow Internet connection, not good if you have to work during your stay

Staff was super nice and helpful, including the team in charge of serving breakfast. Room was clean, location is excellent.

Internet connection was extremely unstable and slow, surprising for an area such as this one. Had to work during my stay, and Internet was down at least three times during the morning. For the room price, I was expecting a nicer room, it was more like a cave, with no sunlight. Also it was noisy, you could hear a lot of noises from upstairs (throught the bathroom) and from the hallway. Breakfast stuff was not informed on time that I needed some gluten-free options, even though I asked about it at least three days before arriving, so there was nothing prepared during my stay.

Great staff but uncomfortable stay

Service and staff were great Cleanliness was good Location was close to several restaurants and a mall, in the mid point to main attractions.

Wifi was unusable, we tried to do a couple meetings and it was impossible. It was so bad that the 3G with poor signal was working better. Breakfast had one friendly staff, the rest were always in a bad mood. Additionally, the options were limited and always the same. It took a couple days for us to figure out they did scrambled eggs upon request. The bed was uneven and the air conditioning not strong enough in the hottest days. Since the window is turned to all rooms air conditioners it was extremely noisy. Moreover, we could not open the windows because twice we did it and cockroaches came in.

Very nice hotel, great location.

We had a great stay at Arenales Hotel. The staff is very friendly, especially at breakfast where they make you feel so welcome. The rooms are comfortable and quiet and the location is very good, just one block from the subway station.

Wifi was not working well during the whole week we stayed there. It was on and off and so weak that we couldn't use it.

We asked the lady at the reception to order a taxi to the domestic airport for us. We had to pay her right away instead of the taxi driver himself and we were charged 1500 Pesos, more or less the double amount of the regular taxi price. Better order a taxi yourself.

rooms small, bathrooms VERY small, they offer complimentary breakfast in adjacent coffee shop where service sucks…really sucks. they think they are doing you a favor instead of taking care of a customer. remove breakfast and I would give you a higher score… published photos are way to good, reality is that rooms dont look so big or nice
