Superb

The apartment was situated very centrally,for walking Lucca. It had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay.Little touches like the coffee machine,and dishwasher made a huge difference. We really liked that we were met by Veronique,who could not have been more helpful.

There was nothing to dislike!

Fantastic central location. Greeted by wonderful host to pass over keys and some info regarding the property, which was much appreciated.

Inside the walls

It was super clean, easy to find and in the middle of everything. Equipped well and very silent place. You had everything that you could possibly think of.

We loved this apartment and will recommend it highly to family and friends!

It is centrally located but quiet; close to many restaurants and shops; light-filled, very clean and comfortable; and had lovely hosts who were very responsive.

One must climb four flights of 20 stairs each to get to it, which is ok for people who are fit, but not for people who have physical limitations. Mildew at inside bottom corner of shower door needs to be cleaned - otherwise, everything was spotless. Please provide a better explanation of the trash separation requirements (provide a list of what kinds of materials go in which bin, and draw a map to the recycling bins in the alley beyond the far side of the church). When we tried to find English-language content on Netflix, we were able to get the audio but not the video.

An excellent apartment, located in the centre of the city.

The host was very helpful and accommodating, he had explained in detail the parking situation and met us outside the property. The host walked through the property with us and explained where everything was. Everything we needed was in the flat including two types of coffee - an Nespresso machine and an Italian coffee pot and even shower gel!

Great apartment but there's a catch

The flat is well equipped, comfortable and in a great location. It is light and airy and everything is provided even down to some tea and coffee.

The one disadvantage and it's a big one is that there is no lift and there are over 80 steps to climb to reach the apartment. So probably unsuitable for anyone with any mobility issues or young children.

Outstanding large apartment in the centre of Lucca old town.

The location in the centre of Lucca, on a quiet square, with many restaurants and cafes nearby was a bonus. The apartment was large and well-lit, with beautiful views over rooftops (4th floor) to bell towers nearby. One of the best apartments we have stayed in ever on our travels.

Nothing. The only downside is the four flights of stairs (no lift). Be prepared. It is worth it.

Superb. Great welcome from Michele and a very enjoyable stay. Flat extremely well equipped.

Fantastic location in the Center of Lucca, with easy access to cafes, restaurants, shops etc. A really special place.

Settee/sofa could be a bit more comfortable - for we taller folk. But that's perhaps a bit picky!

Excellent location

This property was clean, comfortable, filled with everything I could need and in a perfect location. The host was very helpful and very responsive. So far the best place I have stayed for the price. I would definitely return.

Fabulous home in old town Lucca

We enjoyed having our own place with all amenities, comfort and quiet. The apartment is a real gem in the heart of the old town. The hosts went beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and even helped out in a personal matter. Could not have been better !

The place in the heart of town that stays in your heart.

The excellent location in the heart of Lucca with a great breakfast/cafe place Pasticceria Pinelli just around the corner. The apartment itself is spacious and clean living up to the highest standards. The owner is extremely kind and helpful. The luxury flat in town is a definitely a place to stay during a visit to Lucca.
