Private entrance, dog friendly, direct access to garden to take dog out. Was shown everything, left to have privacy.
I only needed a place to sleep whilst visiting family nearby- this was perfect for my needs.
Every thing was fine

The accommodation is a small annexe attached to their semi-detached house on a small close. The host was very friendly and helpful. My little dog was welcomes and introduced to their dog. The host allowed me to wheel my bike through the annexe to the back garden for safe storage. There was a ground coffee and a percolator provided. Waitrose is 2 minutes drive away so easy to manage food cheaply with the microwave provided. Bed v comfortable. Room very cosy and warm even in the v cold (-4oC) weather. All round very good value.
The loo is only semi-enclosed in the entrance hall, due to lack of space, so could be a bit weird in company. But for a solo traveller is fine.

Host Kathy was very welcoming and very accommodating throughout my stay. She checked in and tidied the space every day. A nice Continental breakfast was laid out each morning in the adjacent dining room. Location was perfect in relation to where my family live and it was easy for them to access to pick me up for days out. Location was close and in walking distance to the railway station and the Lexicon mall. Has the best walk in shower! Lots of hot water and great water pressure. I utilized the small fridge provided and the microwave. Good secure wi-fi and TV and lovely garden to sit in if you want to. The location is very quiet and the annex is light and bright.
Not much. A table top on which to prepare a salad or sandwiches would have been helpful. The host offered to move in a small table for me but as space was limited I declined and took the offered trays instead. The latter worked out fine.

Modern, clean, easy layout of the place.
Not having to worry about footprints, as the tiled floor was ideal. ( I had my search dogs with me).
Access to a fridge & microwave is so convenient.
Nothing, it was perfect for me, being on my own, but it might be a little snug for two.

Lovely friendly service clean. Provided impromptu assistance with washing and drying clothes. Breakfast was lovely and sufficient for my stay. The first time I have tried a bed and breakfast and will consider again.
Suggestion only, an external lock box for key may assist arrival and departure time to allow flexible arrival time. My case was complicated because Heathrow was having flight problems and I had to switch at last minute to Eurostar

The room and facilities were comfortable, warm and clean, and provided everything I needed for a short stay.
Kathy is a lovely host and nothing was too much trouble.
She made me feel more like a visiting friend, with sparkling conversation over breakfast, although if I hadn't felt like chatting I don't think that would have been a problem.
Easy parking just outside.
I will be going back to Bracknell in the near future and sincerely hope I can stay here again when I do.

the little garden only but unfortunately I couldn’t sleep in the garden 😰
but I wish I was able to
it was a private property and I didn’t expect that without any sign outside or anything.
the room is in a converted garage and very bad, freezing cold, extremely small with toilette right at the entrance without any privacy.
no little table where to put a glass.
the price was sky high £113 for one night stay.
very scruffy as I was disgusted to touch even the tap water. It looked that the room has not be cleaned for ages and not after the last guests. the toilet seat was children seat 😖. the room smelt disgusting.
the bed was very uncomfortable and the bedding smelt horrible and made me sick I don’t think they were changed after the last guest. thank god I brought my own sleeping bag , blanket and pillow. the bed was very sloppy and so uncomfortable even to sit on. i think I was better to have slept in the car.
Please be very very careful where you are going to stay and go away if it looked dodgy.
but don’t go to this GARAGe as you are not a dog. i paid decent money £113 to be treated like a human being not like a dog.
i travelled all the way from Manchester to attend a wedding.
there was no rubbish bin and I took rubbish with me.
i want 70% back of my money.
the owner of the garage rang my private number and I wasn’t happy they had access to my private number. they could have contacted me via booking.com
the worst experience of my life ever.
NEVER ever go back again, gosh 😱🤢😰😰

Great host, clean, tidy and comfortable. continental breakfast was included which was delicious and an unexpected bonus.
This is a small annex attached to a house with a bedroom and bathroom / toilet. There is a microwave, kettle and crockery / cutlery but there is no space to prepare food nor is there a proper sink for washing up crockery, this had to be done in the small handbasin in the toilet area. This was fine for our stay but would potentially be a problem if you were wanting to prepare food.

Our room was very comfortable and clean .breakfast was amazing. Kathy made us feel welcome and she gave us clean towels every day .there is sky and netflix in the room .every morning there was a Robin which kept coming and sitting on a branch outside our window which was very nice.parking is good as there are bays outside the house .I have stayed in bracknell many times but I have not had a good night's sleep until I came here I highly recommend that if anyone is looking to stay in bracknell then they should come here .shame we can give it only a 10

Fridge. Very comfortable bed. Good Wi Fi
Lack of central heating. Lack of privacy. Couldn't have a hot drink because kettle is filthy inside. Toilet smells bad.
