Experiencia muy satisfactoria

mucho gusto pude pasar dos noches en casa de diego y elena, son personas muy amables! Sus mascotas también muy lindas… La temperatura en creel fue muy fría durante los dos días que llegué, pero había suficiente calefacción en el suelo y blanket en la habitación, y había agua caliente y cafe en la cocina.

cocina comunitaria y wifi . personal amable y te recogen de la estancion gratis cuando llefy

no estaba tan céntrico pero tanpoco lejos. 19 min caminando del centro y también te apoyan con traslados en carro

Host extremely helpful. Always offered to take us in car into town if needed, but really it's only 10 to 15 minute walk. Took me to some cheap clothes shops as needed more warm clothes. Room cleaned daily. Kitchen very well stocked with cutlery pans etc. Was very cold so owner gave us electric heater for room but also was ample blankets.

Not the hotels fault but WiFi was sometimes a bit on and off or slow, but we were in the mountains after all.

Quaint, quiet, and great location

The staff couldn't be more helpful. We were picked up at the train station, and the drivers were ready to take us anywhere we liked. The owner helped us book the next leg of our vacation, we don't speak any Spanish and they were super helpful. Rooms are beautiful and clean. We really enjoyed our short stay. Thank you .

DVD were all spanish...lol. it really was a great place. They were all very helpful.

Charming Comfortable Kind

This is a lovely space and the team are fabulous. Professional, helpful, friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Great value. Recommend the Temazcal ceremony.

The hotel is just a short walk from town in a quiet area . The roads are not good and not well lit at night.

Diego showed exceptional customer care. there was accidental power failure in the area where this hotel is located. Diego was kind to move us to another suitable place.

Hospitality in an eco conscious property with communal kitchen, free DVD’s made for a perfect 2 night stopover in Creel.

The location just 5 minutes outside the tourist chaos of town was perfect. the rooms are comfortable and the best part is the hospitality of Diego, the on-site manager. couldn’t be more helpful. we were lucky to be there while they were hosting a tezamacal ceremony on the property. just magical.

Great Sleeps

A excellent place to stay, quiet and the bed was comfortable, great sleeps. Nothing was too much trouble, you can see the love and caring of all in this establishment. It is a little walk from town, but at the base of a hill covered in pine trees, highly recommended.

Great place to stay, quiet and comfortable!!

Great community kitchen, all necesary appliances, quiet rooms, very comfortable bed, close to main street and friendly staff. Transport from and to the bus station.

I cant complain about anything, I really enjoyed my stay there and would definitely stay there again, I recommend it!!

Would recommend!

Very responsive and welcoming staff, and the room was exceptionally clean. Very comfortable, firm mattress with plenty of blankets, if needed. The walk into town was an easy 10-minute stroll. Directly across the street is access to the Panoramico Creel walking/biking trail. Good selection of DVDs.

Shower was not hot, but comfortably warm enough. A sewer smell wafted into the room occasionally.

This was my first journey to Copper Canyon but it won’t be the last, thanks in part to Franco and his family. The hotel

the location, kitchen space, easy access to town but still very secluded and quiet. and the owners are the most genuine, kind humans.

Very comfy bed, good location at towns edge but easy to walk to the center, extremely friendly staff, familiar ambiance

Cute, clean, quiet, and next to nature!

Next to forest where you can hike, quiet, clean, very comfortable, and a super nice front desk man (Franco) who was so helpful. We will definitely be back!!!!

The bed is really comfy, the shower hot, the staff is friendly and the room is very clean. À little walk from the city center but the area is very quite. A good place to rest after a long day in the copper canyons.
