Great stay.

Attention to detail. Carolyn had thought of everything you might need, going above and beyond what would normally be provided. Snacks, pet food and coffee pods are a few examples of this.

Hard to pick holes TBH. Would definitely recommend.

Welcoming and relaxing, and the host, Carolyn, was a great communicator. Would definitely go back.

As soon as we walked in, we felt comfortable. The accommodation had everything we needed, and the welcome hamper was much appreciated. It included fruit, Tim Tams, chips and a chocolate bar🙂 (our son is 15, so great snack pickings!), and there was yogurt, milk and butter in the fridge. Both the house and the garden were very well cared for.

It was seriously all good!The couch might need an upgrade soon, only because the end sections are starting to sag, but no big deal. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom included nice toiletries and towels, etc. The kitchen also had lots of extras other accommodations we’ve visited haven’t, like serviettes, olive oil and quite a few tea and coffee options👍

Location was perfect. I actually took my own brekky as I didn't realise the host was going to provide a little basket of goodies! Raisin toast was an extra bonus!

a great host & welcoming stay

The property is near as a pin and just the right size for my weekend getaway. Carolyn the owner was extremely good at communicating and making sure both me AND my dog were felt so very welcome in her home. would highly recommend to anyone, especially with little dogs because the yards - front and back - were safely fenced and the right size for my usually apartment bound Frenchie to wander or sunbake!

Our stay was fantastic - felt like home away from home!

The house was beautifully presented. Carolyn, our host was very thoughtful in preparing a welcome hamper for us, including for our pet dog. She also had age appropriate toys, games and books for our kids.

The pillows could have been more comfortable.

Despite of the not so great weather, our holiday was made memorable because of the time we spent at this beautiful place

It was absolutely clean and very well organised on our arrival. Every little thing was taken care of, kitchen items to books and toys. All the instructions are clear and transparent. Carolyn, the host, is one of the kindest people. We would definitely be coming back.

Great beach getaway

We loved our stay at 4-Shore Rosebud. Carolyn is a wonderful host. The welcome hamper of goodies was a lovely surprise, and even included pet treats for my pup. The house has everything you need, it is super clean with comfy beds and in a great location within easy walking distance to the beach and cafes/shops. I'll definitely be returning. Highly recommend. Welcoming hamper basket was amazing and included pet treats. Didn't realise milk, butter, bottled water would be in the fridge, plus an array of coffee/tea options, and toiletries in bathroom. Host has everything covered! Really impressive pet-friendly accomodation in a 5 minute walk to everything location. Highly recommend.

Lovely home, great backyard, great location. Very friendly and helpful service from owner who had thought of so much to make our stay comfortable. it was everything we wanted, being a family with two young children. we can’t wait to go back.
