Near town centre, kitchen had all the essentials
The bed was sooooo uncomfortable, it was very noisy with a smallest move, mattress was probably 20 years old and we could feel wires digging into our body.
The couch was sooo uncomfortable and was literally falling apart. The shower temperature was so hot and tap was faulty and we couldn’t change the temperature. Door lock was faulty and we couldn’t lock the door from inside and anyone with a key or just pushing the door could get in so during the night we were so aware.
The building was so noisy and we could hear upstairs resident walking and talking specially during the night.
The flat wasn’t clean, it was dust and spiderwebs everywhere.

A pleasant street within walking distance to the station, Avenham Park and the town centre. The apartment is spacious and has a the useful facilities you might hope for.
The exterior, common hallway areas and interior paintwork could all use some basic repair and a lick of paint

Great location. Quiet and central. Clean and comfortable with everything that you would need for a stay of more than an couple of nights. The host met us on arrival with keys and was very friendly and helpful.
Just one thing really - no tea towel for drying up!
