Staff very friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was fresh and well presented. Excellent spread at breakfast. Great coffee.. comfortable bed.
Couldn’t fault it.

Close to Moor Park for the event we were going to.
Not the hotel itself but room location could have been better…I.e not close to lifts so noise levels weren’t as loud in the early morning people going down to breakfast. But wasn’t a deal breaker!.

Location موقعه مناسب، سعره معقول
Hygiene could be better. Our room had a lipstick message on the mirror. House-keeping should properly do their work! نظافته لا باس فيها، عامله النظافه شكلها مست تمسح مسج مكتوبه عالمرايه بالروج!

Near to the city centre
Two single beds that were small, even though we requested a double weeks in advance. We were told at checkin that it was a 'standard ' booking! Parking is poor and the car park they sent me too was rough and my car was damaged whilst parked there.
Checkin staff were terrible

The staff was very kind and resolved any query very quickly. They are also there when you need help with most things. Keep up the good work & see my following comment for what was not ideal for what can be improved.
The Wifi connection is barely usable at peak hours (during evening) presumably due to the higher load from more customers using the internet. At worst times the internet may timeout completely for a few seconds, rendering it almost useless. I had to use my mobile data to ensure I can have my work done.

I needed somewhere close to Preston and this fitted that requirement. I was pleasantly surprised how good the hotel was. Notably quiet for a city hotel, with a clean, reasonably well appointed (it’s not luxurious) and spacious enough room and a civilised bathroom.
I would dock it half a point for nasty pillows, but I slept well so that’s forgiven, and why isn’t the reception on the ground floor?!?

I had a family of 3 and the hotel. Old only accommodate 2 persons in a room. We arrive after 4am due to flight delays and had to purchase an additional room only to check out at 2pm that same day to look for larger accommodations.

I loved having access to the Mini Gym. I was welcomed by the reception staff and every interaction with them was a positive one.
I thought charging someone £6.50 for a pint of shandy was a little extreme, especially as the pint on it's own would've been £4.50!!!
I like the option to not have your room cleaned everyday, but just wish they'd pop in and fill up the tea and coffee facilities. I can see that some people would be put off not having their room cleaned, if it meant the refreshments weren't stocked.

All staff were very friendly and came across as authentically so. The hotel was spacious and clean. Gluten free breakfast was clearly marked. It was conveniently located for the bus station and very close to the university campus.
The sound proofing was poor so sleep was impacted by loud, rowdy guests.
