Buon albergo ed ottima colazione

Camera ampia più della media per alberghi simili, ci hanno permesso il checkin anticipato con caffè da sorseggiare mentre aspettavamo, colazione buona e variegata con scelta di dolci superiore ad altri alberghi che abbiamo frequentato; abbiamo richiesto escursioni ai castelli della Corasmia ed un transfer per bukara tutto a prezzi competitivi . Più che soddisfatti.

Perfect stay.

Location is perfect, inside the fort walls and easy accessible. Breakfast was pretty good. We reached before check in time and the room was provided which was a big relief. Everything was nice.

Could improve wifi connectivity by adding a range multiplier device.

Marvellous

All the details were sofistically worked out and typical Uzbekistani. It is situated in Itchan Kala, all monuments and famous buildinds are within a walking distance.

Actually there is nothing to complain about. This hotel was the max in its category.

Nice Hotel Close to Sights

Perfect hotel for explorers of Khiva. It is inside of the walls of the old town, very close to the sights. Clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast, absolutely recommendable.

The breakfast hall could have some more fresh air.

Dentro la città fortificata

La posizione è perfetta, all'interno delle mura, il centro si raggiunge a piedi in pochi passi. Colazione buona tipica uzbeka. La stanza molto fresca, perfetta per combattere il caldo estivo.

Staff un po' freddo, non ci ha dato molta attenzione.

Нас всё устроило.

На завтрак дают зерновой кофе, творог, сухофрукты, омлет или яичница. Голодными не были.

Расположение хорошее, всё рядом. Останавливались на одну ночь. За день всё успели посмотреть. WiFi работал, в номере не очень хорошо, но в коридоре отлично. До ЖД вокзала не далеко, около 1 км. При хорошей погоде приятно прогуляться.

Расположен в старом городе. Такого количества дерева в отделке отеля не встречал нигде)

Situato all'interno delle mura di Khiva, ha una posizione meravigliosa, che consente di raggiungere ogni posto con una breve camminata. Staff gentile e premuroso, anche nel preparare la colazione to go in orario notturno ( con eccellenti intenti ma risultati meno brillanti). Posto silenzioso e pulito.

Отличный отель, расположение удобное, приезжала одна в октбяре, номер с видом на минарет, с ванной. До основных достопримечательностей пешком минуты 2, рядом с отелем маленькие магазины, шведский стол на завтрак, есть фрукты, несколько видов хлеба, колбаса, сыр, творог, сметана, варенье. Кофе только растворимый.

Le personnel est très attentionné. Répond à nos questions avec le sourire et la patience. Service de nettoyage. Dans la vieille ville. Grande salle à manger avec beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner. Shokir et Olloshukur sont toujours disponibles pour nous aider.

This hotel is very good, just next to the ancient city, you can enter the ancient city in a few minutes. The hotel is very distinctive and the breakfast is rich. In particular, the two front desks are very enthusiastic and help to solve all the problems. It was a great day trip to pack their car, Ollashukur was very good, we became friends.

Superb

Ideally located within the historic Itchan Kala district of the city, but away from the more crowded streets. Large, lavish breakfast. Effective AC for the hot months. Staff was able to organize a private daytrip to some of the ancient fortresses of Karakalpakstan.

Beds are "extremely firm" (thin cotton mattress on top of a box spring...reminiscent of beds in countries like Japan). TV didn't connect to any live channels, only to internet "channels" like Netflix, YouTube, etc.

Very comfortable boutique hotel, kind staff and delicious food.

This is definitely one of the best boutique hotels in Khiva. The rooms are spacious and finely decorated, there’s a beautiful outdoor terrace at the third floor, and the breakfast is excellent. The staff is very helpful and resourceful. They gave me early check-in - as I arrived in Khiva with the morning train - and arranged for my transportation back to the train station for free. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend this hotel

I really appreciate my staying in Shaherezada Hotel in Khiva. The staff was very helpful and the location is great. A special thanks to Ollashukur. He was very nice to move around with him and was very supportive. A very trustful person. I highly recommend the services that he offers. I spent a great time with him during visits and transfers. Thank you Ollashukur!

Recommended!

We had a very good time at the hotel and liked the central location very much. The rooms are spacious and clean and they had good breakfast. Ollashukur was very friendly and helped us to organize a cheap transportation to Nukus - thanks again. We also liked the view from the roof top terrace.

-We missed some tables or places to sit on the roof top terrace (maybe they did not have anything because it was very hot). -The water in the shower was a bit too strong and not very hot - but that wasn’t a huge problem as outside temperatures were very high.

Recommendation for the stay in Xiva

- nice little hotel located inside the old city of Xiva, but still at a silent road - amazing and fluent english speaking staff, which had - probably cause my visit has been outside of the main season - always time for a little chat. Big thanks going to Ollashakur, keep it up! - breakfast had a large amount of choises - room with AC, been clean and nothing to complain about - the roof top is still under construction but has a chill out bench already and a view over the whole old city

- Wifi is a bit slow at the room, but working better at the lobby. But who needs to sit at the room all day anyway?

Central and nice hotel in Khiva. Modern building with friendly staff and included good breakfast. We used the services of Ollashukur for transfer and driving, really helpful and he provided recommendations as well as tips for Khiva.
