Muy mala limpieza

No suelo escribir en estos comentarios, pero fué las peores limpiezas por no decir la peor de todos los sitios que he podido estar. Mesitas llenas de polvo, comedor lleno de hormigas comiendose a gusanos justo al ladito del sofá.. Nada recomendable para personas alérgicas a acaros como es mi hijo. Llamé para comentar el problema y ninguno contestó a la llamada.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage für Selbstversorger

Reibungsloser Ablauf der Schlüsselübergabe (Code an Eingangstür und Zimmertür). Alle Informationen wurden uns rechtzeitig zugesandt. Die Ferienwohnung war groß, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Naturpark El Torcal ist mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten erreichbar.

Der Ort Villanueva hat uns sehr enttäuscht. Es sieht zunächst aus, als gäbe es zahlreiche Restaurants, Bars und Cafes was uns auch überzeugt hat, in diesem Ort im ein Zimmer zu buchen. Auch die im Flur ausliegenden Speisekarten lassen vermuten, man könnte ausgehen. Leider hat in diesem Ort fast alles geschlossen, selbst zu den angegebenen Öffnungszeiten sind die Türen zu. In einem Restaurant das geöffnet aussah wurde uns um 20 Uhr mitgeteilt, dass die Küche geschlossen hätte. Immerhin gab es auf dem Zimmer eine Küchenzeile und in Villanueva einen gut sortierten Supermarkt. So hatten wir uns unseren Aufenthalt jedoch nicht vorgestellt.

Apartamento sencillo, pero confortable y bien equipado.

Todo estaba bastante correcto para el precio , si hay una cafetera de cápsulas , comentadlo en el email de cara a que se puedan llevar cápsulas y tomar el café mañanero allí mismo. Solo como sugerencia.

Única pega, que el baño es un pelín pequeño, la posición del sofá con respecto al televisor es un poco rara , yo fui con mi hija y para que viera la tele cenando tuve que mover el sofá. Pero es más crítica constructiva que otra cosa.

Apartamento cómodo y con buena comunicación

El alojamiento es grande y confortable Es todo exterior con varias terrazas por donde entra mucha luz. Cerca del supermercado DIA (que creo que es el más grande del pueblo). Muy fácil para aparcar.

Echamos de menos en la cocina cuchillos que cortaran bien y nos hubiera venido bien una lavadora porque en el pueblo no hay servicio de lavandería.

Bardzo przyjemne miejsce z wszystkim co potrzebne. Mały aneks kuchenny i wyposażenie kuchni wystarczające do przyrządzenia prostego posiłku. Bardzo wygodne łóżko. W łazience dostępne mydło, żel do kąpieli i suszarka. Szybkie i bezproblemowe zameldowanie. Samochód bez problemu można było zostawić przy ulicy. Spokojna okolica. Świetna cena jak na taką jakość.

Varias áreas de mejora

La ubicación dentro del pueblo es de lo mejor y pudimos aparcar en la misma puerta de los apartamentos. Y sobre todo que está al lado del Torcal, que es una maravilla de la naturaleza! El edificio sobre todo por fuera se ve bien y nuestro apartamento, el número 2, tenía bien organizados los espacios, dentro de que era pequeño. Teníamos 2 balcones, uno en la habitación y otro en el salón.

El wifi no funcionaba y tampoco la televisión. Nos respondieron cuando lo consultamos pero no hubo posibilidad de tener acceso al wifi. El baño olía mal y la luz que funcionaba estaba conectada con el extractor que hacía muchísimo ruido. La otra luz del baño no tenía bombillas. En la cocina no encontramos ni aceite ni sal ni unas servilletas de papel, ni otras cosas básicas, resultaba un poco precario. El pasillo de acceso no era muy cómodo, varios tramos de escaleras y la luz se apagaba demasiado rápido.

Place is nice, clean and neat. Everything you need for few days stay is there. Parking spaces are not marked, but it is very easy to park close to apartment. Villanueva de la Conception is pretty small town and mountains are amazing.

Superb

The apartment was super clean, airy and comfortable. Kitchen had everything one needed. Even a tablecloth! Nice patio on roof, washer, dryer, clothes rack....

Kitchen counter was on a bit of a slant, so didn't really want to cook anything much, but was fine for eggs in the morning and I didn't want to cook dinner anyway!

Peaceful and very nice stay

Peaceful, clean and lovely apartment. Very nice communal roof balcony with amazing views to El Torcal and valleys and mountains around the village.

Apartment has no kitchen table or chairs, but you can eat outside on the communal balcony or use the sofa and sofa table which worked fine for us.

Good

The apartment block is specifically designed for rentals - the roof patio is shared with the other rental apartments but is spacious and an excellent place to enjoy an evening beer or wine (or a daytime sunbathe). It's also where the washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities are and again, these are shared with the other apartments in the block (five apartments if I remember correctly). The apartment that we had is fine for use as a base to explore the area. There is air conditioning in the bedroom, though it wasn't needed for this stay. The entrance to the block is slightly up the hill and round the corner, not on the main road. Parking is on the street but there were no problems encountered with this. The location of the apartment is central to the village, which given some of the hills, is a very good thing indeed. There is a supermarket only 150 metres away.

To say that I "didn't like" the following would be a bit strong, these are more observations really: the kitchen facilities are basic - a two-ring electric hob, a microwave and limited storage space - but they are adequate for a casual stay. Despite having double glazing and not being directly on the main road, noise from traffic and passers-by seemed quite loud (I know that it's subjective of course).

Comfortable place with great value for your money

Perfect location to explore central Andalusia by car, with easy and free parking on the street. There is both a decent supermarket and a 24-hour vending machine within a 2-minute walk. The apartment was very comfortable with AC and heating. The spacious bathroom and the kitchen had everything we needed. We didn't meet our host, but he was helpful when we talked.

In general, the apartment was clean, but there was some amount of human hair scattered on the bed sheets. All else was great about this place.

Clean apartment. All amenities required for a short or long stay included. Great value. Excellent location in a beautiful village. Restaurants and bars near by. Good free parking. Within 10 minutes of El Torcal and 20 minutes from historic Antequera. Highly recommended.

Beds were very hard.no soap in kitchen . No kettle .Weren't informed of building works until arrived at property. Lighting in hallway didn't work had to use torch to see steps down to apartment

Very reasonably priced, enormous sun terrace, comfortable bed and well equipped. Airers and pegs in the utility area on the sun terrace level if you need to wash clothes - we did. Very close to Día supermarket which was excellent and when we visited was open Monday - Saturday 0730 - 2100.

Badly insulated so a lot of traffic noise from outside. Bring ear plugs! There is building work going on during the day on the floor below . This is extremely noisy but didn't really affect us as we were out most of the time. However, due to the building work, the WiFi wasn't available which did cause us a problem.

Jose was very kind and helpful. It was not sure that we can arrive until the end of the checkin time and by the help of a keybox it was easily solved. Thank you very much. The terrace was very nice with beautiful view on El Torcal.

Camino accommodation

Flew in from malaga that night and needed a place to stay in that village before we started camino mozarabe in the morning. Didn't spend long there

Was a bit dated, but it is in a small village and that's what you get. Was fine for our needs
