The place was exceptionally clean and very welcoming. The green surroundings and the close proximity to water brought us closer to nature.
Nothing in particular

Happy with everything. thank you. Nice spot

Comfortable bed, great layout. After a big day out exploring I liked how you could watch TV easily from the bed.
the parking was a bit awkward. we had a hire car and were in unit 11, the neighbours often parked in the middle of their space and it would of been difficult for them to reverse out with our car close to the front of our unit so we parked out in the entry on two occasions as we didn’t want our hire car being accidentally hit by the neighbours car.

Not far from town and nice view. Was clean.
Bit dated and tired

The location was great we got a villa right near the playground and basketball court so the kids could play safely and we watch from our deck. The gardens were kept nice and the path way along the bay was lovely to walk along morning and night.
The rooms were clean and well looked after
It rained, but that's not accommodation fault

the spa bath! lovely location with everything that you needed.
a drive to town? but not too far and worth it for the view.

Location was great: unit looked out onto a small green park with trees, and beyond the still waters of Hanover Bay. Could walk in both directions following sections of the Bibbbulman Track: into Albany township and in the opposite direction, towards Cable Beach. Easy to get out of town by taking the Lower Denmark Road to get to Denmark, Walpole and D'Entrecasteaux National Park. Easy to hook a left along Frenchman Bay Road to get to Bald Head and Vancouver Peninsulas. Lots of great walks within easy driving distance.
Was very quiet, and although other people were there, there was no noise.
The unit was well-appointed, spacious and everything was very clean (even had a Jacuzzi!). If the weather had been better, I would have sat on the deck and enjoyed the tranquility.
As far as the accommodation was concerned, the only thing that 'bugged' me a bit was the intensity of the security lighting. Despite the Venetian blinds, there was still too much light in the unit at night, which made it harder for me to sleep. I realise that wouldn't be a problem for everyone, but I need dark room to sleep properly.
I didn't like arriving during office hours and finding no-one in Reception. I don't recall having been sent a message that this was the set-up, so having come from Perth and Mt Barker, where reception was staffed, it was disappointing and struck me as a cost-cutting measure more than the stated 'Covid concern'. There was no layout plan on display and the numbering of the units appeared somewhat random at first; a plan would have been appreciated at the end of a long drive.

Nothing.

it Was very comfortable for a very short stay, for just the two of us. Had everything we needed. It was also nice to be down next to the water front and there was a nice path right along it. It’s not a big complex to which in summer probably would mean that the guests may mingle a bit. It’s a little playground there is well.
Nothing really.

Room was a good size. Bed a little hard but other wise it was good.
Very clean and staff friendly
Can't think of any thing to improve
5.0
Very clean and close to the centre of Albany. Easy to get around and would be a fabulous place in summer.
Really poor working air con, for $190 a night in the middle of winter it was dissapointing to be so cold inside. Speeps six people but the balcony/deck is only enough for 2 people.
