The accommodation was a little disappointing but we suppose for the price we paid, it was acceptable

The Evening Meal based on Pub Food was very good and the breakfast was very acceptable. We recommend the Chef.

The bar staff, apart from Two young ladies, needed to be properly trained to be attentive, observant and customer orientated. Hot water in the wet room was sporadic resulting in a couple of cold showers. The accommodation was not serviced during our stay. The waste bins were not emptied and the tea and coffee milk sachets not replenish.

Should have a meal deal in with the price as opposed to breakfast only, front door at smugglers cottage needs addressing as it's dropped a fraction ... very minor concerns

Great location

Location was excellent for visiting Sheringham. Room was in a building near the pub.

Very reduced dining hours at the pub so couldn't use that. A couple of chairs in the room would have been nice.

The staff were incredibly welcoming when we arrived. They were happy to chat to us & our two dogs when ever we saw them. Our room was lovely & spacious for all of us to have a lovely weekend. We would recommended the Lobster to friends & family.

It was a little noisy in our room in the evening from the pub below

Wonderful stay and will book again.

Breakfast was cooked by the owner Graham, and was freshly cooked for each guest and was wonderful. Our room 12 was large airy and a wonderful size bathroom. Would recommend this to anyone staying or thinking of staying in Sheringham. Close to EVERYTHING.

Amazing value for money

Huge room. Huge comfortable bed. Big quality TV. Everything was clean and well kept. Basically a studio apartment although they called it a deluxe suite.. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Keep their beer well. Good pub food.

Had a few issues with getting hot water through at times. Personally found the room a bit dark but it we often think that about holiday accommodation. Bathroom was nice and bright. Isn't going to put us off from going back.

The whole stay was great. Food excellent, Staff very helpful and attentive. Location was amazing. Plenty to do in surrounding area. Very close to sea front.

We didn’t mind this, but it is dog very dog friendly. Not just the accommodation but the whole area.

Lovely place to stay

The property was in a great location, easy access to all the attractions. The beach was a couple of minutes walk away, there were lots of nice restaurants and bars around us. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very nice. The parking was just round the corner it was a council car park and reasonably priced. The bed was very comfortable, we had everything we needed in the room and anything else we needed we only had to ask staff. We liked the fact there was a mini fridge in the room and we could keep our drinks cool.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property.

Position of the lobster is excellent and the town has everything you need there are also other pubs around which are also very inviting.
