Fabulous stay, thank you so much.

Wonderful stay. Christine and Ian were excellent hosts who couldn’t do enough and full of local knowledge and advice. The house is sparkling clean and so quiet at night, guaranteed a good nights sleep. Would recommend and we hope to return for another stay. Must mention the quirky art work everywhere.

Friendly and helpful hosts who go above and beyond

A lot of thought has gone into making our stay feel so comfortable

A lovely couple greeted us. Room was spotless, large shower again very clean. A lot of thought has gone into adding little extras to the room to make the stay that bit special. Very nice breakfast.

Cannot think of anything I didn’t like. If I was going to be very picky the only thing I would say is the walk from the b&b to the sea front was a little longer than I thought. Having said that a pleasant walk.

Comfortable stay in calm surroundings

Situated in a quiet area close to Sheringham Park and a short walk from the town and then the beach - these are all of the places we like to visit whilst here. Our room was light, airy and comfortable. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and all were tasty. We enjoyed looking at the artwork displayed around the house! 🖼️ 🐦‍⬛🦀 Our hosts Christine and Ian were friendly and helpful.

Nothing. We sometimes found that when returning from town, that last half a mile up the incline to the property was testing, but that was probably because we had overdone the walking in the day! It wouldn’t put us off staying again.

Lovely bed and breakfast, ian and christine were lovely hosts, big room and amazing shower, location was excellent near town,breakfast was beautiful and lots of it, spotless and really clean,would definitely recommend this lovely b/b.

A truly wonderful stay, thank you

The breakfast was plentiful, cooked fresh with plenty of choice. Selection of fresh fruit each morning. Christine and Ian were very welcoming, helpful and accommodating. Our room was spacious, light and airy. We stayed at a particularly hot period, fans were provided in each room. Milk and water were kept in a fridge outside our rooms. Everything had been thought of our stay was very comfortable, I would have no hesitation in recommending Picaroons. Christine and Ian have collected so many quirky things in their home, each day we found something we had missed. A truly wonderful stay, thank you

Very enjoyable. Sheringham is a pleasant clean and friendly resort.

Christine and Ian were very hospitable and looked after us well. Recommended some excellent eateries and places to visit. Would highly recommend. The town is just 15 minutes walk from the B&B passing the Attractive Steam railway.

A liitle gem.

A lovely house in a great location, so quiet and peaceful. Christine and Ian are great hosts, welcoming and friendly. We had a lovely clean room and a great ensuite with a walk in shower. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice , the home made bread was lovely.

We went with friends and would certainly go again in that area.

Beautiful house in spacious grounds.Spotless and clean inside .We liked the decor as well.The hosts were friendly but not intrusive and very efficient.The food was lovely and locally sourced. It was just a short walk to restaurants and pleasant area of Sheringham.

The bed was very low down and a little hard, but was a good size and comfy bedding and duvet quilt.

Great stay in a quality B&B

lovely period home in a great location . quiet and 15 min walk to town centre . very comfortable en-suite room (crab) good modern shower excellent breakfast with locally sourced ingredients, the team @ picaroons are very helpful and friendly and was great to chat about life in the B&B . would def stay again when next in sheringham .

Quiet location away from town centre but close enough to make town centre, beach, station,, pubs and restaurants accessible. Good selection for breakfast. Bedroom was large, and comfortable.

Great hosts, nothing too much trouble.

Breakfast was excellent, good quality food, very filling, plenty of choice, Our room was a good size, light and airy, very clean. we could see the sea from our window, en-suite was a great size, fabulous double shower.

There was nothing I didn’t like.
