overall the location is very good, dont worry about the food, every kind of food is available near the apartment

The floor still old style with wood that already broken in several part, so if you walk the floor wil be litlle bit noisy

A great location for a quick stopover to Paris

Spacious apartment, very comfortable beds, kitchenette with breakfast supplies. The booking staff were super attentive and gave a lot of information about the area and property.

On the last night there was a fault with the air conditioning

Great location. A bit pricey for 3 nights, but being close to the Champs-Elysees was very helpful!

The location is amazing! Sheets were clean and the bed was comfy.

An annoying noise starts whenever you flush or open the faucet. I understand the place is old, but the noise it makes is very annoying. A constant background noise also reminds me of an accordion that keeps going all night long. These are the things I did not like about the unit.

Self check, no staff or reception onsite - more like an airbnb than hotel.

Very spacious room for Paris, safe location and safe premises. Friendly cleaner.

This is more like an air bnb than a hotel. There is no staff and to access the room you need to go through an apartment building with multiple different codes (no access card like a hotel). There is no staff or reception onsite and if you do not have a French phone number there is no way to contact the staff besides booking.com messages which I did not get responses for. Tech in the room is outdated and does not match the amenities website which staff sent prior to checking in (no Netflix, chrome cast etc). Also staff made us pay prior to visiting the property threatening to cancel our booking if we didn’t pay via a link they sent despite booking.com showing that we pay at the property. There was no breakfast provided only some crackers and bottles of milk and juice in the fridge (more like bar fridge snacks) do not rely on this as we had to go out to purchase breakfast each morning. Also strong smell of sewage wafts through the drains in the bathroom.

breakfast was not really a breakfast - a packet of weird toast things, milk and juice we stayed for 6 nights and were only given 2 x 25cl juices, so had to ask multiple times for them to be replenished cleaners came at around 4-5pm which was awkward as this is when we would usually want to have a bit of a rest before going out again

was never told that the entire building was being renovated and painted inside! this is not acceptable in my view as there were lots of builders everywhere, smell of paint, the stairs had paint dust sheets down, etc etc

The place to stay when visiting romantic Paris.

Everything was prepared perfectly for us. Beautiful accomodations. All of our requests were taken care of beyond expectation. we will definitely return to this wonderful and comfortable place.

Quirky, clean and comfortable and well located.

Characterful old building with a quaint ancient lift. Original features retained in room. Feels more like a self-catering rental than a hotel as no staff on site,though staff did respond swiftly to email. Spacious room by Paris standards is warm, clean and comfortable, in a great location near Champs Elysee.

Basic continental breakfast in fridge was okay, but some fruit would have been welcome. Otherwise little to fault, we loved it.

Excellent location and cute little apartment minutes from the Champs Elysee and the metro. Comfy beds and quiet room. Suited us perfectly for a couple of nights in Paris. Good communication and easy secure entry. Apartment cleaned daily.

Very close to Champs-Elysees. Great host, very helpful and fast to respond. We could not ask for better. Room size is good.

The neighbourhood was a little sketchy with "gentleman's" type entertainment walking the streets at night, one or two similar establishments and very noisy straight through the night but after all it is in the heart of Paris so one should expect as much. We coped with it. Bathroom in room three has a constant drain smell.

Fantastic apartment in a great location where you can walk anywhere as a tourist.

A lot of stairs if you aren’t game to use the lift. But good excuse to do a bit of cardio every day. Hardly an issue at all.

Location was good

The bathroom smelled like a sewer it was SO foul. I thought it would just be like that for the first night, but it continued to happen every single time we flushed the toilet or used the shower/sink for the duration of our stay. The room was extremely small, and the bed was uncomfortable and did not feel clean. Also, they said that they’re a hotel but it was more of an Airbnb or apartment- there’s no concierge, lobby or security you have to punch in codes to access the building and room. Overall would not recommend, use your money somewhere else!

Was an unexpected delight. Would absolutely stay there again.

The location was wonderful, the bed extremely comfortable, the communication with the booking company terrific.

In order to store our luggage we had to walk a bit to another property.
