Could be cleaner, especially air and walls. Mold is serious.

Breakfast bar, my sun enjoys it. He wishes there could be sprinkles.

The AC has lots of dust and I could see mold. There was also mold/mildew around water spout/valve in shower. Carpets didn’t look that clean. There was dog hair in the rooms on the 4th floor. Please clean your AC systems and also check out the walls that look moldy around Ac.

Relaxed, friendly, safe and very comfortable physically and psychologically

Excellent location for local places and particularly for walking along the Causeway. Very clean and light and airy. Staff were really friendly and helpful. There was a good selection of breakfast items with staff there refreshing and cleaning the whole area all the time.

Initially I had booked a room with a balcony which was essential for me, but Booking.com changed it so on arrival there was no balcony but the next day the management sorted it all out for me and I had a lovely balcony looking west towards the sunset.

Comfortable Hotel, close to downtown Dunedin and the Islands but the price is too high for my taste!

The Hotel is very clean and has large comfortable rooms. Ist is on the Casuseway to Honeymoon and Caladasi Islands. There are a few nice restaurants near by which are in walking distance.

The Hotel is very high priced for a property that is not directly on the water!

Nice hotel

The hotel is new and extremely clean. Rooms are good size however the room could use more lounge furniture maybe a small sofa or recliner.

Price was relatively high for this time of year . No resident or any other discounts offered. Also the room is large enough to add another recliner or small sofa for relaxing when not being in the bed.

It was a nice stay for one night.

The hotel was very nice and clean. I enjoyed the breakfast, we were able to make our own waffles. They had oatmeal, eggs, sausages, fountain drinks, cereal. It was your basic continental breakfast, the area was very clean. I like that they had a pool and it was heated.

I really don't have anything bad to say, maybe because I only stayed for one night? I don't want to nitpick or leave a misleading review.

The staff was exceptional. Thought we were getting more for the money.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I was expecting more for the price of room. There was no room servicing with fresh towels or making of the bed because we were only there for two nights. The room could have used a night light.
