Disappointed

Needs to be updated, it’s grandmas house. No one would answer the phone about my reservation. Hard to reach people for things. Not great customer service.

Disappointing.

We stayed here for the 3rd and for the 4th of July fireworks and to hang out by the Loch Ness pool. Come to find there are NO fireworks until Friday, the 5th. Say what? Went to go to the pool day of the 4th and there are NO chairs to hang out. Yet there are a ton of chairs being “claimed” and no one in them, it was just insane. And you better have your pool card to check in and get a towel but there are legit NO chairs to stay. It was an awful, disappointing time. Ending up leaving early. So that was nice. I wouldn’t recommend this place one bit. Sorry

Advertising the pool and fireworks and there weren’t any. Very sad!

We visited friends and played golf which was fine but not a friendly

No breakfast. Location was good for us.

Room had old bulky furniture and was dark and old. No refrigerator.

Very friendly , helpful staff ! Water slides at pool!

The hotel rooms definitely need to be updated.... for the price we paid it was not at all up to our expectations: no minifridge, lousy showerhead, paint peeling on doors, etc. Dinner at Salamander Grill was mediocre. Landscaping at Loch Ness pool area in need of attention. As a pure golf venue it may be acceptable, but we did not golf.

Great overnight stay with fabulous golf on site

Golf courses and location close to Tampa Airport staff were very helpful

The rooms are nice but could do with a fridge, safe and kettle for making tea.

second visit but the property was and had a run down feel had a bad experience with the Loch Ness pool which spoilt the experience

Superb

Great time during Valspar golf tournament. Room was on the 15th tee box hole. Very large room with kitchen and living room. Very clean and comfortable beds. Beautiful golf course!!

Relaxing Stay

The property is surrounded by golf courses so it was nice and quiet. The employees are all very friendly and accommodating. Beautiful spa. Courses well maintained but prices are extremely high to golf there.

While the courses were nice and well maintained; they do not demand the high fees to play there. Food is expensive there as well.

Decent, but probably won't go back very soon

Tram service was good and so was free parking. Food at Parkers was great

Triad to get in our room before 4pm, but could not. They substituted a different room than our reservation called for; and that was at 3:30, like 4pm was "magic". I don't believe the chosen room was as good as it could have been under the entire circumstances

Wedding night

The property was very clean and nice.

I had messaged weeks before staying that we were coming there after our wedding for our night alone and again a couple days ahead. I had asked for something special to be done to room if possible and I’d pay if needed. Nothing was done or even noted. Got there and they gave random room that I had paid for so if you want anything done don’t expect it to happen.
