Rooms are spotless and luxurious. Close to centre few mins walk. We stayed in 2 different rooms as we extended our stay and they were both gorgeous

Clean place, but feel like sleep in Bordel

Place for kings and queens, romantic and peaceful establishment that exceeds expectations

Liked everything we stayed in the deluxe room for 2 nights and the queen studio for our last night. The owner is caring and explain everything thoroughly which was a great help. The rooms were newly decorated and everything works as appropriate. The location is fantastic being only a 10 minute walk to the centre. No stags or groups allowed and there is a quiet curfew between 10pm and 8am allowing for a pleasant and peaceful nights sleep which brought comfort allowing for a more romantic break with my wife. The price is more than reasonable and you get a lovely spacious well decorated room. Though the photos make it look like some porn pad the rooms are decorated to great taste and they have class and opulence. I would most definitely stay again. Fridge, pool, jacuzzi spa, spacious rooms, fantastic beds and comfortable pillows, air con, netflix and a good tv what more can one ask for

Very good

The room was incredibly clean, a nice scent in the air. The towels were changed everyday. The room decor was somehow luxurious. The overall feel of the room: very, very pleasant. The location is very good, a few minutes walk from the old center and 100 metres from Lidl.

The staff's attitude was a little cold, everything was presented in a very official manner. The coffee making machine... very disappointed about that... was a kettle... for a 100 euro + for 1 night I honestly expected something more appropriate for making a coffee. Also, a better coffee would be nicer rather than the cheap instant coffee offerred. Again, low value for money. Water temperature, both shower and jacuzzi, very hard to set, at least for me. Also, a few details... one LED stripe wasn't working, only one plug by the bed, hard to reach plug for the "coffee machine".

Great swimming pool and studio

Brasov historical center is 10 minutes walking and yet you have a superb (salt) swimming pool, big apartment and balcony with a nice view in a very quiet neighborhood. Every morning we woke up with a coffee and the sun in our face on the balcony and we enjoyed the swimming pool before hiking to Mount Tampa or just visited the center. The bed is also very comfortable.

I would have given it a 10 if the welcome was less cold. It might be a language barrier, but when we arrived the host quickly led us to the room on the 4th level without asking if he could help with our heavy bagage (we are two fit backpackers who are used to carrying the weight, but in all other accommodations hosts at least offer their help), gave us two forms to fill in, barely told us anything about the room and left. All without a smile and in the other days no word. This is a huge contrast to any other accommodation in 3 weeks of Romania. We easily manage all of this, but being friendly/welcoming is such a low-effort improvement with great result :)

Too expensive compared with the services included

The bed and the bathroom was clean.

The bathroom door sill(threshold) was very high compared with the floor; you could have injured yourself if not carefull. The pool was closing (the water was evacuated) when we wanted to make bath. The entrance door of the residence looks like a stable door 😕 We couldn't set the temperature we wanted because the service was inactive. The host is not very friendly...
