Ideal für Swakopmund!

Super Lage, die Restaurants an der Mole sowie die Innenstadt sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Tolle Aussicht aufs Meer! Sehr große Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern, Waschmaschine und Trockner, bestens ausgestattete Küche. Sehr bequeme Betten. Sicheres Parken in der Garage mit direktem ebenerdigem Zugang zur Wohnung. Sehr nette Gastgeber, Rina und Bill, die direkt nebenan wohnen und immer ansprechbar sind.

Zwei wunderbare Tage am Meer

Lage war top mit direktem Meerblick. Alle Restaurants, Geschäfte etc gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Appartement hat eine große Terrasse, auf der wir entspannt sitzen konnten. Wir hätten auch grillen können, waren aber zweimal im „The Tug“ essen, was sehr gut war. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Toll war auch der Garagenstellplatz.Außerdem hatte das Appartement eine Waschmaschine. Es war sehr angenehm, zwischendurch auf unserer Reise die Wäsche einmal waschen zu können. Küche mit Top-Ausstattung.

Es war alles perfekt, wir haben nichts auszusetzen

Perfect place to stay overlooking the ocean, with all facilities to self-cater in comfort!

What a beautiful apartment to stay in, with everything you need for self catering, a handy walk to Spa supermarket and ATM, or alternatively close proximity to restaurants/cafes, and excellent value too. Safe and secure lockup for our car hire, as long as the height is lower than 2.08 metres high, worth checking with your car hire company! But, the stand out for us was the view over the ocean and being able to listen to the waves crashing in as you fall asleep in your comfortable bed. I would like to defend the owner Rina, who initially comes across as impatient, but then I was supposed to contact her from Walvis Bay with an update on our arrival time, and feel really bad as I completely forgot….so not a good start as she was waiting to give us the keys and go out herself. She simply wants to protect her beautiful property, and as previous rental property owners, we understand completely, as, unfortunately tenants don’t always do the right thing ☹ However, when we had a problem with another accommodation booking and were unable to deal with it ourselves, she was incredibly helpful and we got to see her other side. We really appreciate all the trouble she went to on our behalf, a heartfelt thank you. Highly recommend that you stay in this lovely apartment.

We’re lucky that we live in a place where the same level of security isn’t required, but we did find the alarms and locks a little overwhelming, so didn’t venture out on the beautiful deck…..didn’t really have the time anyway. Markings on the individual keys, for those unfamiliar with them would be very helpful and reduce the need for explanations for matching keys with different locks, for those of us who are a little slow :)

Would definitely book there again!

Beautiful view Close to town and walks along the beach Spaciousness of apartment

We found the host a little abrupt with us. It felt like we were being treated like children and being castigated for not reading the info as carefully as she would have liked. We considered it rude but perhaps it was simply a cultural difference because for the most part, she was very helpful.

The location of the property was excellent. On the sea front and a very easy walk into the centre. Facilities had everything for a holiday stay.

Being a bit pickey here - wood paintwork could have done with touching up.

This is a gorgeous unit with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms with a view of the water. The decor is lovely and has a very large patio. It is in an excellent location walking distance to nice restaurants and attractions.

The most amazing beach front house stay

Everything. Rina the property owner was absolutely welcoming and went over and above to make our stay a good one. The location is amazing just by the beach front and walking distance from Strand hotel and the lighthouse restaurant. we definitely loved our stay here!!

It was in a nice location.It was clean and comfy.

I have rented a 2 bedroom apartment and got access to only one bedroom, the other was locked! If I was there with my sister instead of my wife it would have been awkward to sleep with my sister in one bed. No one asked about our relationship.If you rent a 2 bed. apartment shouldn't you get 2 bedrooms?

Great location, wonderful views and comfortable accommodation.

Lovely safe location with great sea views. Everything one needed was available and the property is well cared for. Our friends were grateful for the help and advise they received regarding a problem they had.

Had mentioned in the original booking that I had mobility issues and asked whether the property was on one level. I was advised it was and the property was perfect for me. A few days prior to arrival I fell, which resulted in me needing to make greater use of my wheelchair, however the owner didn’t seem too happy about this. Was told I should have booked a disabled property. However, at every other property I stayed at within Namibia I felt most welcome and people went out of their way to accommodate me.

We enjoyed our stay as it is walking distance to the main beach and restaurants. Will book again.

The parking is on a lower level than the street with a very steep gradient when entering and reversing out. Difficult for older people.

Absolutely fantastic apartment! The host was VERY friendly/helpful, and the apartment was stocked with everything and anything (e.g. kids plates & cups) one could need. The location was PERFECT (walking distance to beach, restaurants, pier, etc). Would definitely stay again!

Perfect happy place at the ocean!

Fabulous apartment with stunning terrasse overlooking the ocean. Everything was lovely, super clean, comfortable and safe. Rina is an incredible host, warm & friendly and always there for you providing you with everything needed. If you stay in Swakopmund this place is definitely the highlight!
