Great location and facilities.

A great location to markets shops and public transport. Facilities were great.

Room was great but nowhere to unpack ( drawers) clothes.

Regretted it. Next time stay somewhere else.

Close to Bugis Junction and other attractions in the area. Walking distance to town if you like to walk, close to food hawker centre etc. I like the area.

Room did not fit me and my suitcase. Suitcase on the bed so I could get in the room. Paid to upgrade the room but better hotels for the upgraded price.

This hotel was not for us

The location was excellent

The two level executive room didn’t work for us. It was too small and not very comfortable. The executive lounge was abysmal as were the staff.

Best of Singapore!

One of the best location you can choose without any doubt while staying in Singapore!! Absolutely perfect holiday atmosphere or for corporate events you'll find this property best in business! Food station, metro, lively people all around!

Enjoyed our time, would definitely stay again and would also recommend it to friends

Central location, ray for shopping and transport. Thoroughly enjoyed the roof top pool at night after being out for the day site seeing in the heat

The only thing we found was the room was a bit small for 2 ladies with large suitcases

Good location, tiny rooms, staff not helpful

Good location close to public transport and shopping centres. Nice pool and gym facilities. Nice rooftop lookout

Male staff member who checked us in did not explain anything when we checked in, just handed us our key card and told us where the lifts were, not even what floor we were on, we had to figure that out ourselves. We had to ask about laundry and restaurant facilities.

La habitación de 2 niveles es incómoda, arriba solo está la cama, la escalera puede resultar en un accidente. El baño tiene una puerta que parece la puerta de una ducha, no da privacidad ni aisla el sonido. Lo mismo la ducha.

Convenient, quiet hotel for Bugis

Position was great for MRT, walking to Little India and Arab Street. The pool was a great size for swimming and came with good city views. Great little hawker market outside hotel.

We had a loft room and just found it awkward, nothing wrong with the room, just didn't work for us.

The location.

The rooms were tiny and uncomfortable- the beds were on the floor which my mother found impossible to get into. The bathroom glass you could see through which meant unless you are very close this room is uncomfortable.

Counter staff are lack of patience. One of the staff was rude in dealing with my check out request.

Location is near to shopping zone.

The pool level 7th should be close by 9pm. I was disturbed by noises “clanking” caused by the swinging bassinet seat at the pool just above my room at Level 6. I have to visit the pool at late hours to advise a resident to stop creating the noises. It was so disturbing that I couldn’t fall sleep that night. Very unpleasant experience.

Great from the beginning to the end 5 nights!

I liked everything - the personal was very friendly and supported me a lot because of my lost luggage; they called and spoke to the lost and found …. The breakfast was brilliant; a variety of different delicious fresh food was offered every day. The service was brilliant. I liked also the very nice and clean pool very mich. The opening hours were perfect for business people. Early or late 20-30 breast swimming was no problem. The district Bugis is perfect for everything. The hotel is very close to the MRT station Bugis. food courts are close by as well as shopping centers @Singapur & Hotel Mercure Singapur Bugis I will come back!

The room is clean with nice interior design and the hotel is within the vicinity of culinary places

The toilet does not have a bidet or jet shower, making it not a top choice for me as a moslem and Indonesian
