Best host to visit Cagliari

Fabio gave us the best tips for the area. He explained us what to do in Cagliari but also for the rest of our trip. The breakfast was also very good! The room was clean, spacious and the location was perfect to visit Cagliari.

Fabio was really accommodating, allowing me to check in earlier and also arranging an early breakfast so that I could catch the train. He gave me good tips about Cagliari and we also had a good conversation about the state of the world. The apartment is special in that the climate control covers the whole area, not just the bedrooms. This makes it more comfortable when it's very hot or cold. Furnishings were modern and elegant. The location is unbeatable, just minutes from the train and bus terminals. There are many good eateries in the neighbourhood. And nightlife of you're into that. Excellent breakfasts are served.

Sometimes you have to wave your hands in the shower or motion sensor or rather non-sensor will turn off the light. Amusing though.

Much more than you can expect, wish to visit Fabio and Cagliari soon with the whole family.

Great breakfast every morning, exactly on time, so tasty and based on local products with Fabio´s explanation. Ideal location with walking distance from the train station and in the historical city centre. The accomodation passed very cute and beautiful reconstruction including bathroom, which is very well equiped.

The location was excellent, very close to the station ( train and bus) and the city center, restaurants, bars, ... You could reach the most important sights by foot. Fabio is the best host you could wish for, he serves an awesome and fresh breakfast everyday with local specialties. You can always ask him for tips to eat or things to visit. Melhor estadia seria impossível.

We were extremely lucky to have Fabio as our host! Even before we arrived Fabio always made himself available to help us. We had a great early check in and Fabio recommended us where to eat, which beaches to visit, at what time we needed to catch the bus....We can truly say that our stay in Sardinia wouldn’t have been as lovely if it weren’t for him! The B&B is amazing, in a perfect location, very close to transportation and the center (bars and restaurants) but very quiet. The room was perfect: it was spacious and had everything we needed; and the breakfast prepared for us was always delicious.

This apartment has an absolutely perfect location! Few steps from the train station and a very big parking lot where you always find a spot for 10 euro/day. There are dozens of restaurants and bars very close to the apartment and yet the room was super quiet, not noisy at all. The room was super clean, perfectly working wifi, A/C, great shower. But what distinguish this place from any other is the host, Fabio. It's very uncommon to find such an incredible host who will give you all the time you need to get recommendations about what to do, where to eat, what beach to go. If interested, Fabio gives you lot of interesting stories about Sardinia. And the breakfast is absolutely amazing! Fabio asks what you like or dislike, and then every morning he gets the fresh food for you. This is definitely a place where you want to stay when visiting Cagliari.

Perfect location, perfect host, perfect support!

The stay was amazing in every aspect. Fabio supported us wherever we needed support. Advising us the best places to go to in sardegna, where to eat and most importantly helping us out when we had an emergency (illness). The apartment was big, clean and very bright and the breakfast made our day start like a real sardegnian. Lots of local fruits, delicious pastries and energizing juices and tee for me :) The location is right next to where life happens in cagliari while the rooms are still isolated from all the noise so that you have a good nights sleep. All restaurants, renting agencies and supermarkets are within less than 5 minutes walking distance. We highly recommend Fabios place as with him you dont have just a good host but rather a good friend. Best wishes from France and Germany.

We spent a few exciting days in Cagliari. The location was perfect with quick access to everything what we needed; close to railway station (10 minutes to AirPort), bus stop to Poetto beach, lots of restaurants and shops. Fabio is extremly helpful and friendly person who prepared tasty breakfasts. We followed Fabio's advice about sightseeing tours as well as other practical issues concerning our holidays. He offered us umbrella and towel beach. We are gratefull for Fabio's assistance.-:)
